7 Day routine
Is there any good reason why i shouldn’t do a 7 day routine of stretches and jelqs?
It seems in the short time i’ve tried PE my penis reacts to more volume?
I’ve seen more gains going from 20 minutes to 30 minutes it’s got me thinking 5 days to 7 days may be beneficial also?
Also is there anything stopping me from gradually building up to an HOUR of each exercise?
Would love to hear if anyone one else here has tried 7 days or extended the time of exercise to its limits?
