Is there any good reason why i shouldn’t do a 7 day routine of stretches and jelqs?

It seems in the short time i’ve tried PE my penis reacts to more volume?

I’ve seen more gains going from 20 minutes to 30 minutes it’s got me thinking 5 days to 7 days may be beneficial also?

Also is there anything stopping me from gradually building up to an HOUR of each exercise?

Would love to hear if anyone one else here has tried 7 days or extended the time of exercise to its limits?

Flesh and mind. Your penis is hyped saying yes and won’t take much time before your mind starts saying no.

When this happens, path only goes downhill and you will end up counting regrets.

If its motivation your worried about that isn’t an issue..

If you mean i will be prone to injury… then ok not so flash?

I can guarantee you motivation and time available isn’t an issue.

Maybe he means it more in a way of balance. Rest Time in anything is needed, if not for your body then your mind. Endless PE “grinding” might burn you out.

Mental fatigue is the word.

Also if you can really do a session every day, maybe go for higher intensity?

One of the main rules in any type of body workout is efficiency, right amount of volume with high concentration and Intensity. There is nothing that really says no to hour long sessions of PE, only your free time will suffer.

So i tried it for a little bit and lost all positive pi’s

I also attempted to increase the length of time of each exercise to no decent positive effects

I was gonna say that you would ramp up steeply and then crash. That’s been my experience with volume and too much enthusiasm. Glad you figured it out without injury.
