Problem doing 2 days on-1 day off routine

Though I am new to this site, I am not a newbie totally to PE program. I did stretching and jelqing for 10 months on 1day on/1 day off basis. Sometimes I took 2 days off too.

Recently I tried to make it a bit tighter so that in future I can make it 5 on/ 2 off. My problem is that I usually have tingly feeling and I can’t get maximum erect size even 24 hours after jelqing. I also warm up before jelqing. Another mentionable thing is that I try to jelq more than semi erect condition, but not fully erect so that it helps in girth gain.

Right now as I am writing this post, I feel a little pain in my penis though I jelqed yesterday after a day off. Now I don’t feel like doing any jelqing tonight, though my intention is to follow 2 days on/ 1 day off routine.

What should I do now? Going back to older plan or changing something of my exercise?

What kind of pain are we talking here, and where exactly?

It’s slight a pain at two sides of the shaft about 2” below my glans. I can still jelq with it. However the more annoying thing is the size at erection. It’s about 1” shorter than maximum. It seems as if the tissues that gave erection were fatigued.

You might should just lay off for a couple or so days then. Do you ever vary your grip and the position of your grip, or your strokes when you jelq? You might just be putting too much stress on that part of your cock.

Also I would suggest the article linked below regarding negative and positive physiological indicators (PI’s) to look for, i.e., your erection seeming smaller.

Rest Days

I have a question about rest days. I usually am on a 5 days on and 2 off. However on the two off days I usually use some of the Monkeybar equipment. Do ADs upset the rest days?

Yes, I read that article and found that temporary penis contraction after a PE workout is classified as neutral PI which may turn out to be either positive or negative in the long run. It seems I should wait for my erection to be maximum again before starting another session of workout

How longof a wait between the past 10 of jelg and you new schedule?

Meaning, Have you been jelging straight through or did you take a month or two off between then and now.

If you took a month or two off then maybe you need to get on the newbie program and work into 5 on 2 off.

I’m a month into PEing and I don’t think I would survive 5 on 2 off. It might brakee

I am really on newbie program 2on/1off routine. I was jelqing with a bit higher than semi erection so that it contributed to gain girth. Well I think I was doing it too hard.
From now on I will go for 1on/1off. 48 hours of rest to recover fully like I did it always.

Sound like a good plan to me. I get minor fatigue but never anything more. The one time I had any

Kind of soreness or pain I immediately took 2 days off.
