Ok, last thing I’ll say of this thread for a few days without being asked a question..

But Ultrasound (after seeing what an ultrasonic mist maker does to plastic) makes me way more scared than sticking in needles, home done medical procedures and megadoses of vitamins.
If the ultrasonic probe doesn’t move fast enough it can cook you.

Not saying it can’t be done safely, but that is a very last thing I’d try.
There must be safer ways to heat your cock.


~1997 age 18 I was 4.7" BPEL and somehow grew either because I wasn't done growing and or some PE work to a bit under 6 inches without measuring or noticing progress at the time. Girth has always been about 6 inches but is slowly getting larger 6.2" at widest

Current BPEL after a little work is 6.2" also, Bone pressed stretched flaccid 6.5" Will update with gains.

In my experience too much heat in ultrasound is easily avoided. Like touching something hot, you quickly remove it. With ultrasound you can feel this when you stop moving the transducer. For me it’s a sharp stinging sensation, at which point you quickly remove the transducer, no big deal. In this case, cause and effect have a nice quick warning signal before a “burn” occurs. I would place clamping in a higher risk category than ultrasound.

There is little warning when someone poisons themselves. There might be minor symptoms if someone is taking lower doses, but if the dose is too high, one could not know it until it’s too late. Cause and effect are not so close together and the relationship between cause and effect is more complex and messy, lol, absorption throughout ones entire body.

As with needles, if someone isn’t using the right needle and is quickly sticking them in to gain penetration, I assume there could be the possibility for injury. If performed improperly, the damage is done almost immediately. Also, is the user injecting the right stuff? Or unknowingly some other dangerous cocktail.

So for me personally, I see greater risks with what you are describing as vitamin megadoses and injection procedures, but that’s me.

I figure your problem is either an awfully tough penis, or a lack of growth factors or both.

There is also, just FYI the vitamin D3 study, my current research suggests it might not be overly hazardous to take the megadoses of Vit D3 with K2 & Magnesium, but it must be done with care, and while all 14 participants grew in length, some only modestly.

I am going to try and combine the D3, P-shot with pumping, ADS and more for hopefully accelerated results.

Besides, the logical reason I am not growing is either
1. I have the unluckiest penis in the world, or
2. I’m doing something wrong with my techniques/routines.

Option 2. Is statistically much more likely than 1. Which is why I would like to try out (safely) other combinations of- / learn more about- the existing exercises before ruling them out as ineffective.

The reason I suggest stretching after jelqing is because when you’ve been working the tissue thoroughly with jelqing you might find your stretches are more effective. Remember the process of PE is controlled damaged to the penis. If you aren’t doing enough work to cause damage you’re wasting your time.

Thanks memento. I watched the videos. I use a standard OK grip but I stop right before the glans - I do not remember the details but I remember that applying pressure over there is dangerous. I might be wrong?

Today I tried jelqing before stretching and I wanted to outline what happened in the hope I could help shed some light:
0. Measured bone-pressed flaccid length: around 11cm (4.34in)
1. Warmed up a few minutes with an IR lamp
2. Jelqed for 15 minutes with some olive oil as lubricant, 2-3 seconds per stroke, OK grip, low/moderate erection level
3. Washed up and warmed up a few minutes more
4. Measured bone-pressed flaccid length: around 12cm (4.74in)
5. With the IR lamp on (at a safe distance) I started stretching:
- Around 30 seconds per direction: out, left, mid-left, mid-right, right, down, up and in-between
- Around 30 seconds per direction but this time using the wrist as fulcrum
For a duration of 20 minutes give or take (including the short breaks in between).
6. Measured bone-pressed flaccid length: around 11cm (4.34in)

So yeah, jelq or no jelq I feel nothing when stretching, except that either my hand gives out or the underside of the corona starts to hurt a bit because of the outward pressure applied by the fingers. Are you supposed to have a longer flaccid after stretching? Are you supposed to feel anything - would my description hint at something wrong that could be corrected?

Dude if you are unable to understand the difference between an accepted medical application and an industrial application I hope you have an Emergency Room close to your home with the phone number on quick dial when you start your diy medical procedure(s).

You might want to read through this thread to see the after effects of this guy’s misguided attempts to enlarge his penis. In my opinion the path you seem to be on will end similarly.

I read the guy’s post before it got deleted - I just wanted to address one remark: exercise.

He stated that if you exercise regularly/too much, you might not get enough resources prioritized for growth down there.

Yes, I do exercise regularly, but there have been stretches of time where I didn’t (whilst doing PE), so I think that’s out of the equation.

My main concern is with the proper form of stretching exercises, which I think I’m not getting because
1. I get no feedback from the penis (don’t get any stretchy feeling, nothing)
2. The underside of my glans gets sore as if all the force goes there
3. I don’t get any positive indication after stretching (flaccid stays roughly the same, penis just feels “normal”).
This has been true since pretty much forever for me, so I don’t think it’s caused by over-conditioning, although I might be wrong of course.

So, if I rule out over-conditioning at least for now, then bad form must be the alternative. Here’s how I stretch:

- Warm up
- Retract foreskin fully
- Grip right below the glans (underside OK grip - I just can’t figure out how people manage to get a good grip with standard OK grip)
- Pull!

Yes, that’s me. Impressive starting girth man.! Stuff like the Pria, etc are sold to justify the time I spend helping guys with PE .keeping the wife off my back.lol. PE is my hobby. More than enough info on this sub and the getting bigger sub so you don’t need to buy anything. The Pria is a tissue break down device mod more than a primary girth/length setup. That said, with your girth already at 6, I would not (tends to promote girth) suggest it. Light stretching with an extender or hanger/ADS would be the way to go since any excess force will thicken it even further. If you use a vac cup device, be sure to cover the glans to avoid building more girth. To answer your question from another comment you had, BJs hurt my wife’s jaw at this point so anything above 5.5 at the glans will cause problems for oral.

I had tryed everything for length..
The more intensity and the more volume I was adding to my length routines , the smaller my dick was becoming and also a hit on EQ was happening.

2 things gave me length gains.
1. SUPER LIGHT intensity in manual stretching ( just pulling my flaccid dick until reaches my MFSL and just hold it there without further tension),
2. Stretching in ALL DIRECTIONS.

My MFSL had become huge(3cm more than my EL) in the DOWNWARDS direction because of using extenders for 1500h and some hanging but these gains could not been transfered into my EL.
When I started manual stretching I noticed that my dick when was stretched UPWARDS was like I had never done any PE ( I already had 2 years on PE) Because it could NOT elongate far.. But in the downwards direction was going super far.
So when I added the upward direction and I gained MFSL there too.. Its when my EL gains happened.

I was shocked when I saw that I was gaining with 15-30 mins of super light stretching ( 500-650 grams measured by a hook scale ) but 3-7 hours of the same and bigger tension of extending could not make me gain.
Also with the super light and brief program my Pis boosted while with the all day PE or with the high intensity PE , my Pis was shit.

So in order to summarize :

1. SUPER LIGHT INTENITY
2. BRIEF PE SESSIONS ( not more than 40 mins total.30 mins manual stretching+10 mins jelqing)
3. 2 rest days per week( never more than 3 PE days in a row.. The 4th day was a rest)
4. Stertching in all directions
5. Following my Pis ( when 1 day I was watching that my dick was a little stiff in flaccid , I was taking a rest day)

These were the keys for me to gain length.

Some dicks are very sensitive.. And this is why they can t gain with the PE tempmates that are being found in teh sites..
This doesn t mean that we can t gain.. It simply means that 1 KG of tension for us is like 5KGs of tension for the average dick.
Also 30 mins for us is like 6 hours for the averarage dick.
So for us LESS is MORE and MORE is NO GAINS AT ALL
If your flaccid dick is not like a bazuka from the PE program you do.. Do not expect gains to happen. A small and stiff ( turtled dick) that happened from your program us an indication that this program is not for you.

When you say stretch in all directions, do you also mean to the sides as well, or just up, straight out and down? Your program looks quite similar to what I`m currently doing, but I have a hard time finding the right amount of force in the stretches though. I`m doing about 5 minutes in each direction (up, straight out, down) without adding side angles, and I gradually increase the force as my connective tissue “gives way” to the stretch.
