7 years of PE, little gains

Hello all, probably not an original story but the important thing is that it gets a good ending :)

I learned about PE in April 2014. Started with a beginner routine found in PEGym: mainly stretches and jelqs. Months later, no progress.

With some coaching I tried several jelq variants (overhand, underhand, fast stroking, slow stroking etc.), stretches, routines. I experimented with more or less rest days, more or less intensity in training, keeping a journal all along. My dedication began to falter March 2015 as one year without progress demotivated me down to only sporadic PE for two years.

In May 2017 I tried giving it a go again with manual stretches and the Phallosan. Soon enough I was farming up 10 hours a day and by September I had clocked in around 700 hours - almost always on the highest intensity, which didn’t feel like much anyway. I also got the Bathmate in June that year, so my routine at the time consisted mostly of Phallosan and Bathmate, sometimes manual stretches. I kept going on for a few more months ditching the Phallosan and relying on the BM + manual stretches. Come December, with no progress once again, I put PE back on the shelf once more.

I clocked in another 400-500 hours with the Phallosan early 2019, and I started experimenting with weight hanging with the PF (low weights, up to 2kg - 4.4lbs).

Fast forward to late 2020, I tried a more relaxed approach using the Bathmate only. For a few months from around September to March 2021, I would warm up, use the BM at 70%ish erection for 15 minutes/3 sets, one day on one off.

After a few weeks rest, I shook up my routine with more: more manual stretching, more Phallosan, more weight hanging. My current routine since a few weeks is as follows:

- PF weight hanging (3kg - 6.6lbs) at most one hour per session, as many times as I can in a day (usually two-three times), although after a while my foreskin becomes very sensitive and pulling it back hurts a bit
- Manual stretching in all directions, 10-15 seconds each direction for 5-10 minutes in total
- More sporadically, one 15-minute set with the Bathmate

I take a rest day every couple days.

When stretching I can stretch beyond my BPEL. When using the BM, sometimes at the end of a set I go for maximum pressure for a couple minutes, and I have been getting “bigger” over time, to the point where the ruler on the BM would read two more centimeters (0.8in) than my BPEL. None of that seems to translate into actual gains, though.

I have documented my journey with photos and no noticeable progress has been made throughout this time, neither length- nor girth-wise. I have never really felt *anything* (or not much) when doing stretches and the like, so at this point I’m wondering if PE just isn’t for me or if I have been doing it wrong this entire time.

By the way, I’m 30, physically fit and healthy.

Any suggestions welcome.

Do you use heat? If not, thats definitely a reccomendation.
Also for girth I would advise clamped jelqing, considering you are not a newbie anymore and apparently have a tough dick (also with heat).

Try that for a month?

Thanks for the prompt suggestion. TBH I am more interested in length than girth, hence my emphasis on stretches and PF.

As for heat, yes, I even bought an IR lamp in 2015 which unfortunately broke down a few months ago, so I would always heat up 5-10 minutes before stretching. Now I just run it under warm water for a few minutes.

More on the PF hanging: sometimes I feel like it’s a waste of time. Sometimes my foreskin gets all swollen up (like the donut effect with the BM) as if that is what’s getting stretched.

I was also a non gainer in length. I was a very easy and fast girth gainer by only doing 20 mins/5days per week of my variation of jelqing that can be found in my sig. link.
I had tryed everything for length…
The more intensity and the more volume I was adding to my length routines , the smaller my dick was becoming and also a hit on EQ was happening.

2 things gave me length gains.
1. SUPER LIGHT intensity in manual stretching ( just pulling my flaccid dick until reaches my MFSL and just hold it there without further tension),
2. Stretching in ALL DIRECTIONS.

My MFSL had become huge(3cm more than my EL) in the DOWNWARDS direction because of using extenders for 1500h and some hanging but these gains could not been transfered into my EL.
When I started manual stretching I noticed that my dick when was stretched UPWARDS was like I had never done any PE ( I already had 2 years on PE) Because it could NOT elongate far…But in the downwards direction was going super far.
So when I added the upward direction and I gained MFSL there too…. its when my EL gains happened.

I was shocked when I saw that I was gaining with 15-30 mins of super light stretching ( 500-650 grams measured by a hook scale ) but 3-7 hours of the same and bigger tension of extending could not make me gain.
Also with the super light and brief program my Pis boosted while with the all day PE or with the high intensity PE , my Pis was shit.

so in order to summarize :

1. SUPER LIGHT INTENITY
2. BRIEF PE SESSIONS ( not more than 40 mins total….30 mins manual stretching+10 mins jelqing)
3. 2 rest days per week( never more than 3 PE days in a row… the 4th day was a rest)
4. Stertching in all directions
5. Following my Pis ( when 1 day I was watching that my dick was a little stiff in flaccid , I was taking a rest day)

These were the keys for me to gain length.

Some dicks are very sensitive… and this is why they can t gain with the PE tempmates that are being found in teh sites…
This doesn t mean that we can t gain… it simply means that 1 KG of tension for us is like 5KGs of tension for the average dick.
Also 30 mins for us is like 6 hours for the averarage dick.
So for us LESS is MORE and MORE is NO GAINS AT ALL
If your flaccid dick is not like a bazuka from the PE program you do…. do not expect gains to happen. A small and stiff ( turtled dick) that happened from your program us an indication that this program is not for you.

Thanks for your feedback. Back in 2014 I would do manual stretches lightly. As I felt nothing, later on I tried pulling harder. Also felt nothing. It is true though that I rarely pull upwards. When I stretch I use an overhand grip (thumb facing down) right below the glans - the other way around just feels awkward to me.

On the contrary, I always feel like stretching and the like is a breeze to my unit as a whole - it’s the base of the glans that starts hurting after manual stretches (I never pull the glans directly, just below it). My flaccid has pretty much always stayed the same - I rarely experience turtling and I gain maybe 1cm in temporary flaccid length after a PF session. But yeah, it’s not a bazooka either.

Thank you. That might be problematic during hanging sessions/PF though. How do you approach this?

What do you mean by normal sleeve?

A sleeve like the LG hanger one… BUT the sleeve has to be in a length that it just traps your shaft bellow your glans… Like the area where your OK grip is pressing.

So a shorter, thicker silicone sleeve. I don’t think I have one, but maybe I can just roll up the PF one a bit and tighten it up under the glans.

Now if with the shitty PF sleeve you can do what you said without losing vac .. Then it will work too.

Usually I lose some vacuum after many hours of PF use. I think that wrapping something moderately tight around the two ends of the sleeve blocks most of the leakage.
