the only MANUAL STRETCHING routine that gave me gains
RULE NO 1
You need a help from a stretcher instead of using your fingers for the grip.
I never gained by stretching by hand alone… I could NOT create the tissue-mind connection and I was not feeling the tension with precision.
Also by using an aid from a stretcher you can hold your sets for as long as you like without any finger-hand fatigue.
You can use an extender front piece with a little rope or a clamp with a little rope or a hanger.
RULE NO 2
Use at least 2-3 minutes per direction. This method works by staying enough time under tension and not by using intense force for 30 secs sets.
RULE NO 3
Do not PULL… Just HOLD the stretch.
This is the most IMPORTANT rule for this method.
I ll do my best to explain it….
When you start pulling your flaccid dick into the direction you have to do it SLOWLY and GENTLY.
When you will reach the MFSL and your dick can not give any more elongation YOU HOLD IT THERE without further puling.
Your total duration will be around 2 mins so after some secs your dick will be able to elongate more….
You are TESTING if it can give some more by doing some gentle more pulling in crossing and rounds motion and if it can elongate ( in the same set) a little more you take the advatage and you keep it there ( into the new added elongation).
You do this every 20 secs in the same direction and after the 2 mins set you go for the next direction.
I ll give you a MOTO for this… ” DO NOT WIN YOUR DICK…. LET THE DICK ALWAYS WIN”.
This mean that you are not trying to FORCE elongation …but you are just being a slave(let your dick think so) of your own dick and take advantage of only what it gives you(more elongation).
You will be surprized from the amount of the elongation is gonna give by this MOTO.
You have to be a sneaky Ninja and not a Taliban.
RULE NO 4
This rule is also important as the rule no 3.
When you finish with the direction you were doing…. you have to do a trick that will give you a huge elongation in the next direction…Without this trick your dick may not elongate so much…so by doing it you are sure that it does.
So when you finish the set and you are read for the next direction… as your dick is free you will do some helicopter rounds( by holding the rope of the stretcher aid NOT by puling it… your dick has to be in zero tension when doing this) and by this way your flaccid is getting super soft and super stretchable and is ready for the next direction.
Some times you can aid a little fast and light massage for the same reason.
This little break between your sets should last 5 to 10 secs only.
RULE NO 5
Use ALL ANGLES.
My strategy is in this order:

UP
UPL
UPR
You will be doing 2 mins sets and when you will finish all directions you do them 1 more time.
RULE NO 6
Use heat during all your program
I am using heat in the sets for 1,5 mins and the rest 30 secs without heat.
And repeat the same for the next direction.
I am using an air space heater or a hair dry pistol in the low mode.
I was doing this 5 days/week with the frequency 3on/1off-2on/1off
I don t think I forgot anything… if I did… feel free ti ask.
This was the ONLY technique of manual stretching that gave me EL gains… and trust me I did it all… even super intense sets which game me nothing excelp a sick dick.
