Hi all,

I’ve been on and off this website for years. At the beginning, the main issue was privacy, but now I live alone and I feel as though I can give this an honest shot.

I’ll be starting with the newbie routine, but really, my main concern is just length.

Are there any good length-only routines out there? I’m starting at 6.5” BPEL and my goal would be to get to 7.5” BPEL.

Starting Stats - BPEL 6.5", MEG 5.2"

[Accomplished] Short-Term Goal - BPEL 7.5", MEG 5.2"

Final Goal - BPEL 8", MEG 5.5"

Use heat and condition. Fulcrum stretching is awesome.
