In my case if I m stretching only down then I m not gaining any mfsl in the up direction… So EL gains can’t happen.

I’ve been thinking something similar lately… Stretching should be primarily in the direction of the erection… Straight out… And up…

All directions should be done.

Because the one is assisting the other and an overal stretched out state should happen for the EL gains to manifest

If you want to try it but don’t have devices to help with the hand fatigue, and want to experiment using just hands, try using a piece of toilet paper or similar to help with grip. It greatly decreases hand fatigue.

I was thinking that the guys who hang have nice gains so in my opinion no need to be bored with the directions.

This WAS my thinking too…
BUT… i was hanging and extending only downwards and I had gained super MFSL in the downward direction but almost no gains in EL.
Its when I started stretching in all dorections that teh EL gains happened.
Although my downward MFSL was super long(from extending and light hanging) , when I started the manual stretching in directions I saw that my UPWARD MFSL was tiny… like I had never done PE in my life.
When this UP direction gained MFSL , then the overal gains of both UP and DOWN MFSL were translated into EL.

I have read this from an other guy too in the past…

I was just doing stretching while waiting for my pump to arrive but I think I will continue even when I would have had it.
All directions so lets go, I think I’m not going to pull to the left because my penis twists a little to the left

There is also something that I didn’t said, I stretch with a ring at the base of the testicles because it keeps my penis engorged during the stretch. And it feels hell much better like that.

Every time I release my grip I kegel to put the blood back on.

Just a little tip. (I don’t put it in front of my testicles because otherwise the stretch makes my penis impossible to squeeze with the ring.

It is only at the back that the blood is trapped.)

I think that stretching with blood in the shaft is not so productive because the stretched length is being limited.
But PE is so unique to every dick….so its seems there are no rules.

You can stretch only UP/DOWN/STRAIGHT OUT.
These 3 directions will make the dick overal stretchable. I really think the Left and right directions are overated.

Fair enough, then i will go for up, down straight.
If I stretch without blood after a while my grip becomes of poor quality.
It is only my personal feeling but during months of stretch without ring I had much less good feelings.
It’s like if i could stretch my tunica and the inside at the same time.

According to length gains from jelq ( that is a sliding pulling motion of a semi erect dick) then maybe your semi erect stretching will work too.

Start with the Down direction then go for the UP direction and then go for the Straight out direction and do this 5 times of 1 min sets on every direction.

No problem I’m used to stretching I just haven’t been consistent in my routines in the past.

All this past week while I work I would do some manual stretches whenever I went to the bathroom

My focus was on just gently and slowly pulling the penis and then holding it there, very gently holding it elongated, and letting it slowly stretch itself out as it relaxes into that stretches position.

You definitely get a much longer stretch when you take this approach, going slow and gentle, and letting the penis relax.

Then I would do some hard pulls upwards and straight out, and then release some of the pull whole continuing to hold it gently in a basic elongated position, letting it relax again there

This always resulted in a full thick long erection, which was nice because I haven’t been getting any erections at all recently.

I m glad it helped you but the part “Then I would do some hard pulls upwards and straight out” not only is not needed but its also counterproductive in the matter of gains.

Leave this part out and do only the gentle part and in some weeks you ll have gains.

I dont think so. Simple elongation alone hasn’t proven effective at creating real erect gains in the past.
