How much have you gained? I will definitely give this a try. I have been doing hard pulls over the years. They worked for me in the beginning, I believe.

no of course not

I wouldn’t stick with one routine for 3 months while seeing zero gains

I have done simple elongation for extended periods of time (several weeks), and while that method does instantly boost resting flaccid length, it never did anything significant or lasting for erect length

Thanks PE for sharing this one.

I got the technique going and it worked very well.

But as I do a mix of manuals, pump and ADS is hard to tell which one is the best.

With manuals I reach fatigue faster bacause I feel more confident to push limits, while when hanging I am afraid of high weights so takes me longer to fatigue

Hanging no more than 2.5lbs for anywhere from 30mins to a couple hours a day for weeks on end. Maybe one or two days off per week. Not scheduled.

Ι m sorry but what you have done has nothing to do with the light intensity manual stretching I m describing.
The intensity I m speaking is not more than 1lbs and the stretching has to be done in all angles and for maximum of 3 mins per direction and not more than 30 mins total volume.
So we speak about 2 completely different techniques.

yeah I knew no matter what I said you were going to find a difference with your method

Look - the “stress relaxation” technique does in fact have plenty of merit

But you aren’t going to produce significant long term erect gains without adding some stress beyond what you are describing

And the fact you have been asked repeatedly in this thread by other members how much you have gained and have not responded to any of them, is evidence that you actually don’t have much of any measurable gains

Gentlepsychopath has gained by this method of relaxation around 2 inches… so If you don t believe me… then do you believe him?
Also other people that were folowing his method have gained a lot… just read his thread.
As for my gains with this method I had gained the 1st time I did it 6mm in 6 weeks and now(after a decon break) I am back into it for 4 weeks and I have gained 3 more mm.
So if you want to hear about my gains with thsi method is 10 weeks and 9mm.
The reason I didn t post my gains from this method is because I am not in it for lots of months…
BUT considering that I was 2 years straight on hard methods and never had any gains by them…( except super light extending for only 3h/day that gave me 5mm of gains) then 9mm in 10 weeks is a super gain.

So keep in mind that this stretch relaxation tech is NOT my invention..
And lots of people that have done it before me have also gained… and because they stayed in it for years… they gained a lot.
I have only stayed in it for 10 weeks and the gains are increadible. Considering for one more time that its the only thing that makes me gain length.

I completely understand that every dick responds different to training.

For example my dick gains girth so easy that even this relaxation tech is boosting my girth.

I have gained 2,5cm of girth just by jelqing super light for 15 to 20 mins 5 days/week.

BUT my issue was with the length gains…

When I am pulling harder than the MFSL I am not gaining anything. I am speaking for years of pulling.

When I am overdoing it I am even losing length size.

So the only thing that worked for me is this relaxation tech that FireGoat and Marinera and Gentlepsychopath and many others have done.

Well don t look at me… cause I am only 10 weeks in this methods.

But if you have the need to be convinced then look at the others that have done it for years,.,.. and their gains are super.

You need to ease in to any stretch. You can stretch hard and gain as long as you allow the tissues to relax into the stretch. That’s my n of 1.

The progenitor of all of this was Johan (JAI). He got me to think about this and how it relates to yoga. If you have experience of yoga (that great Swedish export) you’ll understand how to apply this to PE. You only go where the tissue is willing and have patience that as the days and weeks build that changes.

So by this you mean that you can stretch hard and then keep the length there static?

I don’t think anything is static in manual exercises, there will always be variations from second to second. But yes, you can pull slowly into a “static” stretch at high intensity and gain from that. I always used a straight wrist, straight arm and the shoulder and chest muscles to effect the stretch, constantly heated and over a cylinder.
