Ive been pretty busy lately and i have become lazy with my pe schedule. I think i have lost everything i had gained(not much). Im going to try to get back into the game, sort to speak. Now my routine is going to be weird. 2 days on/one day off/2 days on/ 2 days off.

jelqing = 200

stretches

pumping

fowfers

kegels

Everything as much as i can fit. I dont want toover do anything though. Should i lessen the jelqs to a lower number then get back to what i was doing(200)?

i dont know how many kegels to do. I want to start to insert them into this new routine, but im not sure what to start out with(any suggestions?) I dont want to waste my time doing an amount that wont work. So whats a good number to start with and how much to increase as time passes?

Im getting back into fowfers and Im hoping to gain it all back. (i dont think it will take as long, because i know have an idea on what to do.) But this new routine is probably going to consume some of my time, but thats fine. I got fired so during this break i want to get back into shape and get into a great PE fitness. wish me luck!!!!

Before I reply to your routine let me ask you some questions. So what are your primary goals, length or girth gains? How many days on/off on your new routine? Why does only 200 jelqs?

It sounds to me like your PE routine and your long term commitment on this routine will go in the opposite directions in end; simple because you are just planning to PE without real goals or confidence on your routine.

If I was you I would do some more research and then comes up with a new routine, the one you will be able to stick it for long time.

Ive been PEing for more than half a year. I want to get back to being around 6.25 NBPL. After that, my long term goal is around 8 inches. Girth has never really been on my mind, but I want my routine to work on both girt and length. I also want to work on kegels and harder erections. Its 200 jelqs because when I originally started I did the beggines routine and then I started to increase more jelqs. I got to a phase where I wasnt gaining because I was over working myself, I was doing around 300 jelqs (which was WAY too much for a newbie) So I started back onto 150 and gradually started to increase the amount of jelqs. I got to 200, and then work and issues got in the way of PE. So i slacked off and never had the time to commit to it. I soon lost what I gained(I lost about .25 in NBPL, but i kept the gain of 8 inches BPL) I just want to be commited again and start to gain again. I have done alot of reasearch and tried some things like pumping and odd stretches. my routine seemed to work but i ultimatly had no time for it. The amount of days on and off are weird. I like to have two days of PE then I take a one day off as a break. I then have two more days of PE, then take two days of rest(these two days usually happen on the weekend.)thank you for luck and commenting

If length gains is your primary goal you will definitely going to need to add “ADS” or “Hanger” in your routine. Both are essential for length gain, I am myself wearing ADS for length gain, and it’s been amazing

Let me explain my routine:

AM
10min-Dry Jelqing
10min- Uli thing

THEN
8hours of ADS

PM
10min-Pumping (2x) 5g pressure
10min-Wet Jelqing(2x)

I am doing 6days on 1 day off

So far so good.

I was never really interested in ADS of hanging, I never even tried them. Do they work well? Should I try the after I run out of gaining?
