Well, finally I´ve got a new girlfriend and I feel like I should once again do something to “let him grow”.
I´m at 5 1/2 ” NBPEL and 4,85 ” EL so I really need both more length and more girth.

So I started with the Newbie Routine some days ago.
3 Sets of stretches in every direction (~ 18 min) + 600 Wet jelqs.
7 days on-no day off

What do you say about that?

How much can I gain by the end of the year if I am consistent?

Is my girth really below average?I mean when I look around the forum I could easily come to that conclusion.

No one knows what you could gain, but I think a good rule to follow is to just get a routine, be consistent and follow it, and above all don’t measure but once a month.

Congratulations on the new girlfriend and with your routine.

1. What do I say about that? That’s not the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine .

2. How much can you gain by the end of the year? Nothing, or something more than that.

3. Is your girth below average? I don’t know, since your message mentions NBPEL and EL, not girth.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Ok,sorry,I made a typing mistake, the second one is the EG.

I know it´s not the thundersplace newbie routine but it´s the mattersofsize newbie routine. If you give me some reasons why thundersplace´s routine is better I´ll give it a try,of course.

A 4.85" girth is above the 50th percentile, so that is by no means small:

I’m not going to try to convince you to use one routine over another. It’s up to you what routine you choose and why.

As a good general recommendation, though, I would suggest that you look at SparkyX’s thread Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!. I think that the consensus of opinion here is that you should have rest days as a newbie, but if you decide not to, you should be monitoring how well that is working for you.

600 erect jelqs? That’s a bit much in my opinion. So far I’ve never gone over 200. Quality vs Quantity my friend.

Starting Stats: 7 BPEL x 5.75 MSEG (April 14, 2010)

Current Stats: 7 BPEL x 5.8125 MSEG

Here’s a thread I found about why rest days are important, maybe you’ve seen it… Pauses Days-off
Do you just want someone to tell you that if you work the hell out of your dick, it’s going to get bigger? No one is going to tell you that. My advice is do Thunder’s newbie routine consistently. Don’t miss a workout day, and don’t miss a rest day. It seems that you’ve been pretty off-and-on with PE and that’s probably the problem.

Does MoS seriously push that routine? Or did someone just post this on the forum?

Thank,I read through the PIs and I will definately check up on this.

As to the pauses, well, actually I don´t know what to think about it.According to my experience days off were definetely reasonable but taking days off led to an irregular routine. Moreover, when I didn´t feel like doing some PE or when I didn´t have enough time I took another day off. So,after some time I euphemised my pauses and I could not keep my good resolutions. That is why I thought that an everyday routine would prevent me from being inconsistent.BUT:Probably you´re right and rest is more important than I´ve thought.

Also @avian:

Yep,600 jelqs is recommended by DLD if I remember rightly.Actually it says something like “start with 300 jelqs and increase the number of jelqs to 600”.So I started with 300 and then moved on to 400 some days later and I was thinking of really doing 600 soon.BUT:In my opinion that´s actually tough to do so many jelqs and probably it would be hard to maintain such a routine.
Apparently, even thundersplace´s newbie routine says that after 6 weeks you should do 600 jelqs.

I’ve been doing this for a year-and-a-half, and I don’t think I’ve ever done 600 jelqs.

When you work out, do you do 500 bench presses? Or, do you increase the weight and do, say, 10 bench presses? Don’t get caught up in numbers - do your exercise with focus and care, try to gain a connection with your dick, really feel it out and think about what’s going on; when you’ve got a connection with it, you’ll know just how many you need to do, and when you’ll need rest. Good luck.

Going for 6 inches of girth, wish me luck.

Thanks,I agree.I mean, increasing the intensity sounds perfect to me and makes more sense than making an incredibly high number of jelqs in a sloppy way.But perhaps perhaps there is no way but increasing both the intensity and the total number of jelqs.
What do the other think about this?

I think you should do it first, then start thinking about it.

Don’t get caught up with what other people tell you to do, it’s your penis, you figure it out.
