When you start off initially, 2 On and 1 off is recommended as your dick is not used to the strain. A month or so later you could hit 3 on 2 off and then subsequently hit 5 on 2 off. IMO, 2 on and 1 off is best because the dick is comparatively a very small tissue and hence working it for 2 days on then resting it for a day seems apt. That said, there are many guys here who hit 5 days straight with an intense routine. I guess it finally boils down to conditioning yourself.
Well.. Thats a cntradiction now. Do you need to condition your dick for a PE regimen? I, believe that when you work 5 day straight, the body works harder to repair & heal itself thereby conditioning itself for a heavy workout, which IMO, implies that you may have to increase the duration/intensity of your workouts inorder to get the same workout effect. So, conditioning maynot be a good thing at all?
Most of my gains have come when I have worked 2 on and 2 off. Sometimes, 2 on and 3 off. With some people the “Less is more” approach works. I’d recommend you stick to the newbie routine. PLay around for a month with 2 on 1 off routine and maybe the next month you could try 5 on 2 off. Assess your gains each month and see whats working for you best.
