9 days without masturbation (0.6 inches gain)
I want to share this story with you, and im hoping to find answers, as I told in my other topic Loosing weight to get rid of 2.5 inches fat im right now on a heavy diet to remove the fat from the penis base area and of course to have a much greater body, I had a depression last year that resulted isolation and no sex + weight gain, now its been almost couple of months im PEind, dieting and fixing my life back, im telling you this to explain that, I’ve been masturbating a lot, more then couple of times a day, sometimes 5 times or maybe more, so after reading this board I realized that my short penis is not just because of the 2 inch of fat around the base, but also its because of the muscle becoming weak! My NBPEL was 5.2 inches, so 10 days ago I decided to give it a relaxing time, 9 days without any masturbation! Yesterday I couldn’t stand it anymore and I decided to do it, it didn’t took me much time to realize that it was looking different, much stronger and harder and for sure longer, I measured it and it was 5.8! Today I also measured it, it was around 5.7 (im still so hungry sexually after the 9 days)
Is this something real? What is my normal size? 5.2 or 5.8 ? is heavy masturbating wrong? (At least it won’t get you to full size) is relaxing it will take it to the extreme when needed (when your facing your partner) does the normal erection differs from the real erection? (When you’re masturbating VS when you’re with your sexual partner) Is it important to keep your muscle strong? Or even making it more stronger (Kegels)
