Hey guys!
My qustion is very simple- how do you find your LOT??
I’ve read all the info in the site but I still cannot find my LOT.
When could you say that you’ve found your LOT? At the beginning (when you’re stretching upwards) when you kegel the whole penis is “moving” but at 6 o’clock when I kegel only the base of the penis is moving but very light.Is my LOT 6?Or at the point where my whole penis stops pulling back is my LOT?

okay but...

So my LOT is between 9-7 30. I don’t know exacly cause it’s not very specific.
What kind of exercises shoud I do - hanging,jelqing or some kind of stretches?
Pls tell me cause It’s very important.
My curent routine is:
1)5mins warming in the shower;
2)1h hang time with 1kg(for start)(10mins hang,10mins rest)
3)hot shower
4)10-12minutes of jelqing
5)hot shower
And I do this 5 days on 2 days off.

I’ve been doing PE from 1 week and I haven’t measured my self since then.
Pls tell me a toutine that shoud be perfect for my LOT (if my current is not)

Could you try top get a more accurate LOT? 7:30-9:00 is very vague. Try standing next to a clock or something.

That’s the problem - I cannot say exacly.After 9 the “moving” is slowing and in 7:30 it stops at all.
Ok I accept that it is 7:30.What should I do and how?Is my routine ok?

Your routine looks normal, I can’t see any problems. I think after doing it for a few months you will know which direction to move in and how to modify your routine. Its just a case of reading up here.
