A Noob who's finished the newbie rountine
I finally made it on the board! Everytime I went to TP it was always the wrong day to register or it would fill up too fast. Anyway-
I got suckered into paying 50 bucks for PE info when I saw an ad for it on a titty site I was looking at. I tried some of it, but it was very general and not very specific. Then a while later, I stumbled upon this site and the Betterman forums on a completely unrelated search. But because I still had an interest in PE, I checked the sites out.
After reading both, it seems like they’re both good resources. The thing I like about TP is that this site isn’t trying to sell you anything, which makes it seem a bit more relaxed.
I finished the newbie routine from the betterman forums. It’s basically the same as the one here:
10 min warm wrap
Manual stretching ^, v, <, > w/ 25 kegels.
.In between stretching directions, doing wide circle stretches.
4 x 15 sec BTC stretches
30 min of concentrated wet jelqs (3-4 sec ea.).
5 min cool down
300-500 PC flexes.
The one thing I didn’t see here that they mentioned over at betterman were the hellicopter shakes. I felt those really got the blood flow and color back to normal after stretching.
After doing that for 6 weeks, my reward was going from 6 1/8 to 6 5/8 in BPEL, and going from 4 3/4 EG to 4 7/8 EG. I’m definitely not stopping anytime soon. I just made and started this routine, a modified “memento” kind of thing:
AM (right when I wake up w/ morning wood)
3 part dry jelqs, 2 min per part.
5 min dry jelqs
15 JAIs, 3 sets for straight out & up
5 min warm wrap (I kegel at the same time to kill two birds.)
PM
10 min w.w. While I do 100 5 sec kegels (I also floss & brush here to be as efficient as possible!)
V-stretch at the base, mid, and near glans for 1 min per fulcrum (sp?). In between I still do the wide circle stretches (10 on the left, 10 right).
Inverted v-stretch using a drumstick and a two hand pull, same places & times & circle stretches.
15 min of 4-5 sec, thought-out jelqs with horse 440’s at the beginning, every 5 min, and at the end.
5 min of jelq squeezes (these still scare me as my viens and glans seem ready to burst, so I don’t do these intense at all for the time being).
5 min of Uli # 3’s. I’ve watched the video on this elusive technique today so hopefully I’ll be better at them.
5 min w.w. While doing 200 kegels.
I kegel a lot while jelqing to really get a good pump. I also do hellicopter shakes a lot after each stretch.
I only measured at the beginning and after six weeks last time, but I’m going to measure every two weeks from now on to better monitor what works and what is shit for me. I probably won’t be hanging or pumping at all for my PE; it seems many people (and now myself) have gained from manual exercises. I might try making a power jelq later on though if girth gains stall out.
I’m taking it one inch at a time, so I’ll be happy when I even get to 7”. But my overall goal is 9 x 6. A 7 EG would be cool, but seeing as I only gained 1/8 in girth over six weeks, I’ll be realistic (even though 6 might be far out there!)
