I think any method that works using vacuum, favours the buildup of lymph, so vacuum extenders and pumps. Certainly jelqing and squeezes can cause lymph buildup but not to the level of over pumping. The mechanism seems to be different. Pumping creates an environment in which lymph wants to flow but jelqing and squeezes probably cause lymph buildup via the physical manipulation of the tissue pushing the lymph around and that’s probably the same mechanism that causes discolouration via the blood or constituents of the blood.
Donuts/doughnuts are definitely an indication of overdoing it. They become easier to create over time. I’m not sure why, maybe the paths are more easily accessible. You might consider condom pumping or wrapping with an elasticated wrap in the area prone to the donut, to allow the penis to heal in that portion.
As long as we see small amounts of lymph buildup as an unwanted but probably not completely avoidable side effect, we are probably on the right path. A post session hot wrap can help to dissipate lymph. A cold wrap or simply a dry wrap might do the same but you would have to try it or get confirmation from someone who has.
Your routine sounds interesting, it’s working the length and girth which is always a good thing. I’m not sure stasis works particularly well with PE though, it’s certainly a much longer path. I guess you will have to judge by the results and if you see your girth slipping, then add in some jelqing to disrupt (or tenderise) the tissue or consider Mr. Fantastic’s rather expensive dynamic pumping solution.
