A question about FOWFER
I tried it and to me this is kind of extreme way to stretch. I mean you stretch up to your buttcrack and basically hold it for a period of time. Did anyone experienced Decrease in EQ from doing Fowfer? Also, if Fowfer is a good stretching technique, is it ok to do this while I’m on Newbie routine plus Manual stretching? If so, how long do you do fowfer? How often do you do it? How many days? Minutes? Frequency?
