A question about uncircumcised Stretching

Hello there, I just done a newbie routine, but with stretching only and 2 times longer than suggested (in this case 10 min instead 5 min) . Problem what I had is about how retracted foreskin should be, in “A Quick start Guide to Manual Exercises” ( A Quick start Guide to Manual Exercises) where is written a second way to do stretching, we can found this sentence “When doing this variation of a flaccid manual stretch, you would want to retract your foreskin if you are not circumcised, and pull your skin back even if you are.”.
The question is, if I have to retract skin only behind glans and left there, or should I retract to base all of them until I won’t be able retract anymore skin?

Pull it back all the way so you can grip an inch below the glans. I like to start with the glans in my palm and not the fingers. I use the v-grip witch is way better than the original grip.

I’m uncircumcised. For me to pursue penis enlargement I did a lot of research. I ended up buying a Sizegenetics device. Then I separately purchased a VLC for putting on my Sizegenetic. The VLC grasps onto my foreskin. This tugs my penis through my foreskin. My foreskin stays covering my glans as I tug. It is what I needed to figure out how to put it on.

In theory the VLC could be used with another penis enlargement tension devices. There simply needs to be a a hole for the hook to go through.

This is lengthening my foreskin although it isn’t significant. I am gaining about 1/16" of foreskin with every 3/4" of penis enlargement gains I am making.

I wasn’t keen to keep my foreskin retracted during my penis enlargement. I didn’t want to affect the gliding motion of my foreskin.

I am happy to respond to questions about this. I am very new to the forum. When I’m allowed to post photos of me wearing this to further demonstrate the above I’m willing to.
