Question concerning stretching

When I am stretching, I don’t know if it’s the skin I feel stretching or what. I am mainly stretching upwards and using the V-Stretch to stretch my tunica but for some reason I think it’s tougher than I am anticipating. I don’t feel any soreness at all if I’m just stretching. Is this right? Or should I feel slightly sore. Even if I don’t feel sore is it still working or should I make the stretch a bit more intense? I do feel a bit sore after jelqing though which I assume to be a good sign. But anyways, how intense should my stretch be?

On a side note, I have been doing the P90X Ab Ripper and my lower abdominal area is incredibly sore. So I just don’t really know what to make of this all. I guess the overall question is, should my tunica feel sore if I am doing upward stretches throughout the day and then after my jelqing session?

This isn’t like No Pain, No Gain. Everything you do will have a benefit. Just latch onto a routine that feels good to you - and which leaves you feeling good.

Alright and one more question. If when I sit down my BPEL is 7.25”, should I count that even though when I’m standing normally it’s just 7”? Should I make my measurements generous or does everyone just do them normally?

No point in making generous measurements. The only one who is keeping track is you. The measurements are for you to keep track of your gains, so it really dosent matter how you do it as long as you are consistent.

As far as the pain goes, avo is right. Nothing you do should hurt, and if you hurt you are probably overtraining. Find a good EASY routine and stick with it. Don’t expect to see 2 inches more dick in 10 days, this stuff takes time.

In pe bro, completely no pain = way to gain.
