A question on stretching, please help.
I just started the newbie routine and have a question about stretching and soreness. When I’m stretching how much pressure should I be applying, I see allot of posts saying they feel soreness or even bruises the next day. I did my routine yesterday and don’t feel any soreness at all, is that a sign I’m not giving enough pressure? While I was doing the workout I was scared if I applied more pressure I might break something. Please help.
