Started the following newbie routine last week…

2 days on and 1 day off with the following:

5 min hot wrap
5 min stretch (30 sec each)
5 min jelq
5 min hot wrap
50 KEGLs

When I stretch, I grab with one hand right behing the head and pull…I am not sure I am doing this correctly, as I find it hurts at the glans, like I’m about to pull it off, and I cannot really feel the stretch anywhere…Sometimes if I pull in a certain direction, I can feel it at the base of the penis.

Am I doing my stretches wrong?

Also,

When should I graduate to 3 days on and one off, with more jelqs and so forth?

It seems that your’re gripping at the wrong place or your grip isn’t gripping very well. Try using some papertowel folded twice under your grip and tell us how it went. Also what angles do you feel the pull at the base, this is usually a good sign of a good stretch. As for the thing about the adding a day and more jelqs, personally, with your present routine I think a 5 on 2 off will be better than do that for about 2 weeks than add about 100-200 more jelqs. Overall you should just listen to your body, you yourself should know when to stop and when you need more, you get me? Well, I hope I’ve been some help to you. Best of luck to you.

Also, for my stretch, I am basically grabbing, or pinching rather, the bottom of the head and pulling…I thought this was the glans…I read earlier that some people grap about an 1/2 inch or so below the glans or head..What can anyone tell me about this…Thanks.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
