? about my stretching...
Started the following newbie routine last week…
2 days on and 1 day off with the following:
5 min hot wrap
5 min stretch (30 sec each)
5 min jelq
5 min hot wrap
50 KEGLs
When I stretch, I grab with one hand right behing the head and pull…I am not sure I am doing this correctly, as I find it hurts at the glans, like I’m about to pull it off, and I cannot really feel the stretch anywhere…Sometimes if I pull in a certain direction, I can feel it at the base of the penis.
Am I doing my stretches wrong?
Also,
When should I graduate to 3 days on and one off, with more jelqs and so forth?
