About The Growth Process
Hello everyone names ryan.. I am 23 yrs old brand new to PE after a bad experience w a girl.. I’m curious about the growth process, how to ensure that I’m doing things correctly and at the right pace to maximize my benefit from this. I have several questions.. I have been doing the newbie routine for about a month now and have started to increase the intensity of workouts and also in between my jelqs throw in maybe a 1 minute clamp with my hand or maybe a plump bend or another exercise but just for 1 repetition not a whole set.. In the beginning 2-3 weeks I feel as though I have already made some slight gains and if I have been measuring correctly have gained .2 inches length and .1 in girth and also had a fuller flaccid hang. I don’t exactly know how to explain this but I feel as though this last week has not been as productive as my first 3 and am wondering if I should change something or am possibly over training.. I don’t really think about my workout in amount of minutes as I go very slow but the quality of my jelqs and movements.. I don’t really experience any PI’s except for my erection strength.. If my erection strength decreases for 1 day does that mean I’m training too hard or does that show that I’m making micro tears? I’m thinking I might have to dial it back and go lighter but have trouble doing so. For best possible gains should I make sure my erection strength always stays high? Also if anyone knows any foods or supplements to help this process I would appreciate it also when I can start using a pump or extender
