Hey guys, have been reading these forums for a while now pondering if I truly do want to begin PE. I have always been quite self conscious about my size and lately it really is putting a damper on life.

I am 3” x 4” FL, and 5.25” x 5” erect length. Most everyone on these forums is above 7” so it makes me wonder, is there anyone else like me, is my size normal? Feels so damn small for someone 21 6’ 1” and 180lb..

Also, lately the “venous leak” I have been hearing a lot about. I know everything has risks but can anyone provide some suggestions to avoid this type of thing?

Finally, is PE something that can become permanent? I really don’t want to have to spend 2 hours a day trying to keep a half inch for the rest of my life.

Thanks for the help!

Firstly, welcome to the club.

Secondly, your size isn’t that unusual. 7” is really not all that common. Your size is certainly acceptable and your girth is actually above average.

Third. Start with the Newbie Routine. It’s tried and true and the best way to gain size, avoid injury, and condition your penis for more advanced exercises later if you so choose. A lot of guys gain all they want with the Newbie Routine. (With maybe a few modifications)

Fourth. Yes, PE can be permanent. A lot of us are “retired” and don’t do PE at all, or just do a very light maintenance routine occasionally.

Read up and familiarize yourself with the Newbie Routine, and proceed carefully.

Good luck and welcome one to th e best dick-puller’s-club on the planet.

Welcome; you have Above average girth size. Try to read Messages and begin with newbie routine and do not forget to do some kegels

Begining At 11.05.09: El 6.0" Eg 4.92"

Short Term Goal : El 6.5" Eg 5.2"

Long Term Goal : El 7.5" Eg 6.0"

You have to take the size listed by a given member with a sizable grain of salt, it is my opinion that there is a great deal of error in the measurements. And, if you ask 10 people how to measure the erect penis you will get 10 different answers, so clearly the scientific method is fraught with gaping holes. However, more germane to your question, the PE road is a great one and can give great rewards if a healthier and larger erection are desired. It does require a disciplined approach but the initial gains come quickly; although, the road is long to develop fabulous growth. Its best not to think about that since the time does fly by, and most people involved in PE develop a routine that’s fun and enjoyable to indulge.

TillmanTilly is Shilow the troll spouting bullshit again. Dude talks like a pretzel.

I’m looking forward to getting started but have been worried about the venous leak. Should any exercise be painful? How do you prevent a terrible injury like this?

No exercise should be painful. Ever. The best chance of injury prevention is warming up, starting your PE adventure gradually, and being aware of what you’re doing. It seems like most of the guys here who’ve been injured have been too aggressive.

Excellent thank you! I sure hope I seem some growth over time, I’m sick of being a cube 5” x 5”.
