Ache above Pelvis
Hello,
I started hanging yesterday. 1 lb for 2 20 minute sessions.
First off I couldn’t get my semi erection down so I heeded the advice of some and just continued.
Afterwards I felt a nice fatigue but also like my lower abs has been pulled or as if a nerve in my stomach had been effected. It worried me a little.
I practice reverse kegels, is this affecting my hanging?
