Achieving CREEP While Not Fully Stretched

My penis can stretch almost a full inch past its erect state when I hang weights upwards of 4 pounds for over 30 minutes. I’m of the philosophy that a longer ADS session should follow a relatively short, heavier session to initially break down the ligs. But whenever I put on the ADS with about 2 pounds of tension, after the heavy set, it only stretches to the original erect/BPFSL. So it isn’t being stretched passed elasticity. Should I make the ADS a heavier tension for a full stretch, or am I on the right track for gains?
