Hi,

I tried PE 20 years ago using a device without any gains.

I the pandemic I tried some foreskin restoration also without any success,
But I observed some length gain. So I started stretching more systematically.
With the help of this forum I came to 20cm BP-FL after the morning routine.

Now my next goal is to bring this length to BPEL before the routine.

The problem is that I didn’t know that there is a measure like BP-FL.
So I only measured EL which was around 14cm.

Currently I make a break because my skin and a vain are injured.

Slowly drifting days in the injury break. My tool is shrinking, the injuries are healing.

Nightly wood is back, which was gone in the time I was practicing stretching.

When the break is over I will be cautious not to create injuries again.

Target 20cm BP-EL pre-routine on Xmas.

I reached BPSFL 20cm and my next goal is BPFL 20cm

I’m increasing my BPFSL, along with my EG (0.6 cm gain) . One thing, does BPFSL transform into BPEL and NBPEL with Jelq’s, or is stretching alone enough?

From what I’ve heard, with JELQs there is gain.

What are you think? You have a good BPFSL. i’m getting on my 18cm i hope next month.

I will stay with stretching alone for a while. Maybe until Xmas.
When I see that my gains are isolated to BPFSL I will start jelqing.

But I don’t expect that because I believe that the tissue of the Corpus cavernosum is not that strong.

With my first gains erection came in two phases, initial up to the old length and than a new stretched part.
I guess that was because the blood pressure was needed to stretch CC to the new length.

Back after three weeks break

Started again today after three weeks of caused by multiple injuries.
BPFSL before routine was 17,7 and post routine was 19,2.
So I only lost 1cm in the break which does not reflect how my tool appears to me.
Because it seems to have lost a least 3cm.

Injured my skin again, so I couldn’t finish the routine (10 stretches).

The skin injury is not the worse but it keeps me from doing stretches..

My skin is weak.

Switched to stretching without aids

Back after another 3 days break cause of small skin injury.

BPFSL before 17,4 cm and post 19,4. The difference of 2cm appears to be unrealistic.
Maybe I made a mistake measuring.

Cause of all these injuries I decided to stretch without aids.
Tension is reduced but all these injuries drive me crazy.

I made my own private ruler with 20cm length.
This is the target now which I aim to reach around the clock.

Gains to all!

Augmented frequency

I repeated my stretching routine 5 time yesterday to prevent my unit from shrinking back.

This morning I measured

Before stretching BPFSL 18.7 cm; post stretching 19,7 cm.

My planned milestones:

-20cm BPFSL post stretching

-20cm BPFSL before stretching

-20cm BPEL

-20cm EL

So I am back to where I was before the injury break.
I still have a small skin injury which may force me to make another break.
I hope it heals without break.

While I made good progress in stretching my flacid unit, erect length didn’t change much.
This causes the spooky effect that when it fills with blood my unit appears the way I want it to be.
But with more blood it shrinks by I would say 3 cm.
So half erect it is only around 17cm.
I have to work on that.

From what I’ve read around here, BPEL should follow up on BPFSL when the difference between the two measurements increases.
From my experience I do a little bit of girth exercise and edging and my BPEL has already started following up on my BPFSL.
Also strengthening the PC muscles (Kegals) will help you get stronger erections and you might see an increase on BPEL just from that.
Nevertheless keep in mind that its only natural for your BPFSL to be larger than your BPEL and its actually a good sign that you still have room to increase that BPEL.
Lastly Igigi was using gorilla tape when he was getting injuries and also when he was not, to prevent them from happening, maybe you could try that.

Currently it feels like progresses are comming to an end and I guess
That lack of tension is the source of the problem.
All the fascia science is important but more important is what your body tells you.
And it says gimmi more tension.
Problem is that due to my skin injury I can’t apply more tension.
