All the fascia science is important but more important is what your body tells you.
And it says gimmi more tension.
Problem is that due to my skin injury I can’t apply more tension.

Pulling more an already fatigued unit won’t do any good you’re just getting your tissue used to higher tension without actually getting elongating at the process. Feel is very important so if your tissues feel toughened up now, maybe its time to take a few days off to let things cool down there and then get back at it.
When actually applying the load try to do it progressively rather than abruptly because that shocking will create a harder resistance and toughen up the tissue and of course HEAT. It is the most important thing when pulling.
Hope you recover from your injury soon, and I’ll be looking out for your progress.

Difference between pre and post routine is shrinking

Today
Pre routine: 19.7 cm, post 20.2 cm.
The difference is shrinking, that is ok for me.
Also BPEL is catching up a bit I guess.
I didn’t measure because of the semi darkness in the room
But I am sure the EL is also growing now.
Looks good.

I changed the soap in the warm up shower routine to have a better grip.
Don’t use creme soap, it prevents you from getting a good grip.

Sorry I missed your answer. Thanks for the advise. I agree that heat is crucial.
Problem is that it requires a high level of privacy. Currently I am doing my routine twice a day because I want to warm up and also take care of my skin injury.

Started jelqing

Today pre routine 19.8 cm, post 20.4 cm

After stretching I cautiously started jelqing. I tried to feel the blood inside.
It felt very good, but afterwards I got the strong feeling that someone stretched the
Unit very hard. I have to be careful with this.

My skin injury seems to heal, but not sure about this.

After my routine I was able to maintain an erection for half an hour.
It felt definitely bigger but is far from my 20cm goal.

By the time I write this I still feel the pain inside my unit.
I underestimated jelqing!

Addicted to PE

Today BPFSL pre 20.0 cm, post 20.7 cm

For the first time in my life I feel big. I always felt small.
It is a feeling I can’t trust.

Yesterday I felt pain from jelqing but I continued it all the way.
I am addicted to the intense feeling of it.
But this time no pain, very good, but also less intense.

I reached my 20 cm BPFSL before routine goal.
So next goal was 20cm BPEL.
I it hard to measure. The road to the BPEL is jelqing.
Lets go.

Newbe gains are over

Now I a stable at these measures:

BPFSL pre routine 20.2 cm, post 20.7 cm
BPEL post routine 19.2 cm

It does not look like changing in the near future.
I plan to continue my stretching routing until Xmas.
The only change was that I extend my stretches to
Last 1 min.

I get BPEL=19.2 only when at 100%, if I am at 80% I only get 18cm.
But even this 18cm look so different from what I had last year!
No need to hurry for the long time goal, I like it already the way it is now ;-)

My skin is not able to heal under the stress of the stretches.
Could be a problem in the future.

Time for a break

I read in many threads here that its time to make a dekon break when gains are stalling.

There is also my skin injury. So I plan to start a 3 weeks dekon break by end of this week

Or by end of September depending on the injury and possible small gains.

3 weeks decon break

I decided to start the decon break today.
My current measures are:

BPFSL before 20.2 cm, post 20.7 cm
BPEL post 20 cm

I will also run a diet to reduce my fat pad.

Enough of a break

During the decon break I had the normal (for me) shrinkage.
This impressed me more than it should.
The good thing is that my skin injury healed.

I read through lots of posts here about jelqing.
So I decided to give it a try.

This morning all the shrinkage has gone and my unit was more or less (less)
The same size like in the time before the break.
This was a big surprise and I take it as a sign that the unit
Is ok now and ready for workout.

So I will start tomorrow with low tension manual stretching and dry jelqing.

I missed it so much!

Switch to jelqing

After the break of about 10 days my measures didn’t change.
But my skin injury is open again so I decided to put focus on jelqing.
I guess the stretch ran out of any gains.
So lets jelq until Xmas.
I will look for some tool to measure my girth.

When I am fully erect the unit needs more girth, definitely.

Jelqing is an adventure

Started jelqing yesterday. It is a complex thing. In the end, after 10 minutes or so
It felt like needing a break, so I stopped and take this day off.
It was a very intense feeling inside my unit.

The glans got a pink color, which was a bit strange.
I will try to run a routine with a bit of manual stretching
And a lot of dry jelqing until Xmas.
One day on one day off.

In the end of the year I check the results.

Why dry? Consider switching to the more penis-friendly wet jelqing and use coconut oil for lubrication or your favorite lube. It is less intense, so you can do longer sets. I go for 20 minutes of jelqing, which yields around 100-120 good wet jelqs. If i find erection levels to subside dramatically, I switch to SD jelqing and kegels while finishing the move to push more blood into my penis for the next jelq. It works in wonderful ways to really feel the volumetric expansion of CC.

I do dry jelqs because I still have this damm skin injury.
When doing wet jelqs the hand slides over the injury, which is no fun.
I am strugling a bit with getting the blood into my unit a the start of each jelq,
so often there ist not much pressure.

Right now I do short jelq sessions because it is so demanding.
In the end of each session I do manual stretching until I have an erection.
I repeat this procedure more the ten times in the morning.

I really feels intense, I cannot think of it being without effect.
