Currently it feels like progresses are comming to an end and I guess
That lack of tension is the source of the problem.
All the fascia science is important but more important is what your body tells you.
And it says gimmi more tension.
Problem is that due to my skin injury I can’t apply more tension.May the gains be with you
Pulling more an already fatigued unit won’t do any good you’re just getting your tissue used to higher tension without actually getting elongating at the process. Feel is very important so if your tissues feel toughened up now, maybe its time to take a few days off to let things cool down there and then get back at it.
When actually applying the load try to do it progressively rather than abruptly because that shocking will create a harder resistance and toughen up the tissue and of course HEAT. It is the most important thing when pulling.
