Stretched BP-FL to no stretched BPEL

While stretching doesn’t change my flacid size at all I habe the impression that jelqing has some effect.

The problem ist that I have a muscle down there which seems to actively shrink my unit.

I feel the urge to botox it!

But no I will jelq it to heaven.

Strange I had 1 inch hanging flaccid gains within 4 months but no real gains BPFSL maybe 1/4” . Finally after like 6 months I’m 1 inch extra on both. I noticed my unit become more spongy when pulling it.

I think PE trains everything around the dick.

So it also trains the muscle that shrinks the unit when flacid.

I never noticed this muscle because … it was too small (?).

But now when I pull flacid, its like a device that is constructed for being expanded.

I don’t know how describe it but it is a totally different feeling.

In those days, before PE, my unit had only one state when it wants to play.

That was fully erect.

But nowaday it is often fluffy, floppy, spongy when it wants to play.

It says:” jelq me, stretch me. Show me yours and I show you mine!”

It’s hard not to follow this call in a decon break.

I feel like not doing the things my unit deserves.

Sunday will be funday for my unit and me.

after a week off

My dekon week is finally over!
BPFSL didn’t change at all.
20.7 pre and 21.2 post routine.

My unit felt really stretched after the manual stretching.
I use a set of 10s,20s,30s,40s,50s,1min stretching to the left and to the right.
That makes a total of 12 manual stretches.
I have trouble applying the same tension with the right hand like I do with the left.
As a consequence there ist already a light curve to the left.

When there are gains next week I will keep my stretching cycle rythm.
When there will be no gains I will work on my girth with dry jelqs.
My unit needs girth.

My unit is now accustomed to PE. It only feels good after a intensive PE session.
I will never stop with PE!

Decon breaks and skin

I made an interesting observation at my skin injury.

In the last stretching cycle I developed a strong and firm tissue around my skin injury.
It was so strong that the manuall stretches couldn’t expand it.
And so the injury slowly started to heal.

But then came my decon and when I started stretching,
the injury was there again because the strong and firm tissue has gone!

I think this goes in parallel to the fascia in the tunica. I wonder if the firm tissue will
be there again in a fiew days.

Somehow stretching the tunica means treating the injury in the worst way.

I finally managed to stretch in all directions, meaning also forward and upward.
Since I think that tunica is not the limiting factor in BPFSL and also BPEL
I hope that this opens a road for new gains in that area.

I also could flong my unit around middle and ring finger to stretch it.
With this new routine I plan to expand the current stretch cycle maybe until Xmas.
We will see how gains go.

I have to develop a stretch for Corpus Cavernosum Urethrae (CCU).
When measuring post routine BPFSL I can easely feel
that it is the part that is stretched most.
Currently I only measure BPFSL because those EL sizes don’t change much.
I have to be patient.
My BPFSL develops well, but further progress depends on a good stretch for CCU.
My stats are:
BPFSL pre routine: 21.2 cm
BPFSL post routine: 21.7 cm

Was playing around with my unit a bit yesterday and got a massive hang that looked really aweful.
But when the erection started it somehow didn’t look impressive anymore.
I had this problem already in the beginning if I remember well.
Maybe its temporary.

I ordered a head pad at amazon to support my upward stretches.
I found out I can do them comfortably laying on the couch.
So heat pad, couch, upward stretches.
I hope I can pass my current mini crisis this way.
As soon as I feel the new stretches working I start measuring again.
It makes no sense to measure right now because I am stretching the wrong tissue,
i.e. I am stretching the CC but something else ist holding my EL back.

I will stretch once the day in all directions, no decons planned for the next future.

Changed my routine to the following sequence:
- 5 min warm up with a hot shower, with the advantage that the soaped skin has a better grip.
- 10s,20s,30s,40s,50s,1min manuall stretch left, right, down
- 10 min dry jelq
- 10 min upward stretch lying on the couch.

My unit becomes an upward curve after the upward stretches.
I take it as good sign.

I am new in the business of upward stretching.
When I stretch more than 30s I get a feeling like the ligaments are melting
and I get a prolongation of about 2cm or something.
I couldn’t verify this feeling with measurements up til now,
but I will try to pass this melting phase and apply more tension afterwards
to give the tissue a real stretch.

God made tissue so that man can stretch it!

Restarted measuring today and found that I got zero strain from manuall stretching.
I also corrected my optimistic 21.7cm post routine to 21.5cm.
So this is my stretching cycle summary:
-duration 10 days
-BPFSL post routine went from 21.2cm to 21.5
- In the end of the cycle flaccid was a bit more massive but this will go away in decon,
- no injuries
- routine innovations: manual stretching upward and forward
- Physical changes:
- sometimes got a upward curve in the erection after upward stretches
- PE was sometimes good with very hard erections,
but sometimes bad, with problems getting an erection at all.
- In generell I had the impression that the penile tissue is becomming more elastic.

Maybe in future I will switch to shorter cycles because it feels like my unit is starting
to react on all the tension it gets.
