Stretched BP-FL to no stretched BPEL

To fill my current decon I handcrafted a 9 inch ruler. A man needs to set his targets.

I you had told me that by january I wouldn’t have believe a word.

But one gets used to his size.

Restart of the routine is on friday. ( 99999…99998…99997..)

First day with routine after 8 days off. In the end of the decon it felt like I never did PE.
Flacid was like last year…
Today I measured 20.2cm pre and 20.5cm post BPFSL.
The new 9 inch ruler is perfect. I is a good target to reach and it has a broad base.
This makes it hard for me to cheat with length measuring.

My plan is now to constantly stretch until my BPFSL reaches the end of this ruler.
First I warm up under a hot shower, to warm my unit and get a better grip on my skin.
After warm up I stretch down wards left right middle.
Then I lay on the couch with a heat pad and do another 6 stretches upwards.

I hope this simple routine, executed daily, will bring me to the good end of my 9 inch ruler.

I hope I can do without decons in the next time.

Hey bro, congratulations you are one of the few that gain that fast.

I too gained awesome 4.5 cm in length and a lot of girth between 1.5 and 2 cm in less than a year.

So I am interested in knowing did you get to use that new modified unit?

I stopped gaining on purpose when I reached 20.5 cm BPEL fearing not being able to “bury” it all the way in vagina.

Now I just maintain and when doing maintenance sessions I focus more on girth because I am sure 14 cm EG would fit just fine which is what I have now.

Are my fears about length unfounded?

And secondly if you are not using it like myself has the same thought of dangers of length crossed your mind?

Thanks. Size does not matter much to my wife after giving birth to three children.
It is more for me. I love my unit now, thats the difference.
Another thing is my interest in how far one can go in this discipline.
So I only do techniques that are easy and comfortable to execute
because I do not plan to stop PE one day.

If you ask me what I do with the new length: I try to feel it!

Today did a lot of jelqing with erection level around 90%. Now it feels like I have done something :-) .

I stopped my daily measuring, because it drives me loco.
Instead I jelq as intensive as I can and I stretch with my unit schlong around my fingers.
I bend it upwards and stretch a hard as can be.
This way the lower parts of my unit are stretched nicely and
my unit gets a fluffy texture.

Stretched my unit all day until it said ‘stop it, I have enough’.
Not measuring with a ruler but checking against hip bones and things like that.

Experiences after 10 days ligament stretch

I am doing ligament stretches for 10 days now.
I hold my left hand, palm up, rigth at the penile base,
then schlong my unit between thumb an index finger an finally put it
between pinky and ring finger.
Then I rotate my hand so that the thumb is going up and agains my belly.
This way my unit is pulled out of its home.
I try to hold the tension for 1 min. Its not easy…

This is what I learned so far:
- sometimes my unit is short and its hard to schlong it around my hand,
sometimes its long and I have problems to apply tension because everything is loose.
I am thinking about a pre routine to norm the length.
- the routine weakens my base, so if I am not 100% erect the unit points downward.
- My manual stretches feel totally different now, with a sore feeling when I stretch.
I also needed to change my leg position because I stretch much more now.
- I am getting adicted to this stretch and do it everytime when I go to the toilet.
It is a bit like those early days in may :-) when I first felt my unit growing.
- Sometimes, directly after the routing for a few seconds, I am incredibly hung. Bigger than erect, really!
But then it shrinks again.
- My units likes to play and when I touch under the shower it gets erect most of the time.

Today I take a day of because it feels like making a break.

I made my ligament stretches relaxed today.
This was the first time where I could feel the ligament isolated and stretched.
I think it is important to relax during stretch.

I couldn’t stop myself from measuring my BPFSL.
I am back at 21.7cm where I was a fiew weeks before.
This time without cheeting with the ruler!

That gives me hope to catch some milestone by the end of the year.
The end of my wooden 9 inch ruler is near :-)

I am looking for some innovations in manual stretching to put some contrast in the routine.

The shape of my glans has changed from pyramid to bol.

I stoped my ligaments stretches because my ligaments are not strong.
There is a real risk to damage them.

Absolutely! To hit the ligaments in your pelvis you need to be totally relaxed. I feel the traction right down there when I do stretches. And I do such stretches several times through the day, every day, no break, for a week or so. (Not at the moment. I’m focusing on girth right now and having a break). I believe this way it remains stretched=permanent length gains. I guess that’s how I gained length so far.

Your BC muscle should be absolutely relaxed, otherwise that tissue down there doesn’t give in. If it’s difficult to stay relax during the stretch reverse kegels might be an option.

I stretch upwards mainly, some left and right, too, no downwards though. Want to keep him pointing upwards… ;)

I have never measured BPFSL, kind of is out of reality to me. Although figured that I can stretch upwards until the glans reaches the navel and even goes beyond! Maybe out of interest should measure BPFSL.

I am also fighting for girth right now. I try to enhance my jelqs because I don’t feel much when I do them.
Since my glance has changed its shape I guess I am on the right track.

The other thing is that I want to overcome my lack of gains.
I am looking for new ways to stretch the tunica.
I bend my unit over the hands to get an intense stretch.
I will check for gains on 1st of december.

Well, with your length I would only worry about girth, too! There are not many out there with that length of yours. I fight for girth, too, now, but 20 cm is my next length goal.

Well, my length, is only good when erect, and some rare moments when big flaccid.
So there is a lot of work to do in this area.

Fascia like stone

Fascia totally hardened. Manual stretch impossible. I take two days off.

The fact the manual stretches were not possible is not related to stiff fascia.
The problem was that I stopped my ligament stretches.
I am not sure what happend exactly but its like
the ligaments retracted and made my downward stretches impossible.
After some ligament routines downward stretching was fine again.
So I go on with my standard routine wich is:
- downward manual stretch
- ligament stretches with unit schlong around my hand
- upward stretch with unit around my hand.
- explicit top of the shaft stretch
- dry jelqs whenever I get an erection :-)

flaccid gained a little bit, but I learned that I cannot trust flaccid.
