"Adapter Routine". Looking for advices
Good evening guys, I’m from Italy so please excuse me if my English is not too clear, I’ll do my best.
I’m in PE for something like one month, but an year ago I had three month of PE, following the newbie routine.
I’m a personal trainer so I use to think about exercise that I do, asking myself why I’m doing that exact exercise, and how should I improve my actual form (in this case.. The measure of my friend).
Today I would like to have an advice on a thing that is running in the back of my head..
I’m making a parallel between PE and gym. As you all say, the people who start PE shouldn’t start with difficult exercise.. Just like a skinny guy the first time at the gym shouldn’t do deadlifts. But.. If the skinny guy will never do deadlift, how can he be able to do this in the future with heavy weights?
So I created a routine, splitting that onto two workout days and one of rest:
Day one:
- warm up (shower)
- stretching 30 sec, 10 sets (5 directions)
- dry jelq 50 reps 3 sec each
- firegoat rolls
- 50 kegel 6 sec each
Day two
- warm up (shower)
- stretching 20 sec, 10 sets (5 directions)
- dry jelq 30 reps 4 sec each
- Sadsak slinky 2 sets (4 direction), 2 wave of about 3 seconds for every rep
- firegoat rolls
- 50 kegel
I’ve already done 4 workout days, 2 for type, and I hadn’t any type of injuries, or pain.
My main goal is the girth..
What do you think about ?
(Ps. Sorry for the measure, there are in cm not in inches)
Start: 07/2018 - BPEL 18,7 - NBPEL 18 - EG 13
First Goal: NBPEL 19 - EG 14
