Add Manual Clamping to my routine
Hey
I’m currently doing 40 min of manual stretching ( 10 stretches of 4 minutes )
1) And I would like to incorporate Kegel / manual clamping (called TPH on reddit), how many 5 minute sets should I do? 2, 3?
3) If I incorporate Kegel / Manual Clamping how should I organize my training? 1 on / 1 off or do one day Stretching and the other Manual Clamping ?
