Adding a ADS To My Routine

I’ve been PEing on and off for a few years. A good solid 2 1/2 years but always stop for school breaks. Darn kids. I started with JP90 then added hanging weights. This is start of year 2.
Here is my routine now.
Spend 5 hours a week hanging. My time with the routine is 10. It includes
8 minutes of warm up with JP90 basic stretching exercise.
30 minutes x2 hang between 8-10 pounds with 10 break between sets.
Followed with 20 minutes of silicone sheath water pumping. Would like to add ADS in as well. Too much?
