Adding To My Routine

Been having a hard time getting past this 7 inch mark so for the last week I’ve been doing a set of jelq in the morning 150 or 200 jelqs and then my regular routine in the evening , see if this kick starts some gains.

So no luck getting past the 7 inch mark been stuck there for the last three months so time to move on to something else.
I made a vac hanger last week and started my hanging journey ,this will be my third day hanging and I can already feel a nice lig pull I’m doing 3 sets of 20 min 2.5 lbs one set in the morning and two at night to give me three total sets for the day , I think this might be a little light but I don’t want to move up to fast. I should add that I stoped all stretching about a month ago to decondition my unit a little. I must say that I think I will like this form of pe it’s comfortable and u really feel the workout when your done .

Couple things are still unclear to me , where I use a vac hanger they say I don’t have to worrie about circulation as much as with a traditional hanger and can there for do longer sets , does this mean I can combine my two evening sets into one e.g. instead of two 20 min sets just do one 40 min set.

Second by doing split sets does this mean where I’m doing a total of three 20 min sets a day I do one set in morning and two in the evening or does it mean three sets in the morning and three in the evening .

So after my homemade vac hanger failed to hold anymore than 3.5 lbs decided to brake down and get a.pump bought a leluv 1.75 X 9 I hope that this will help break this plateau I’ve been stuck on .

My measurements as of now are erect base girth 5 bpel 7 nbpel 6 I can get almost 7.25 bpel with a kegal and pelvic thrust.

So back to vac hanging going to use the pump after I’m done with this hanging 5 lbs for 1hr a day split between am and pm.

Moved up to 6 lbs went almost a week without feeling any pull in the ligs

So I stopped hanging about 5 weeks ago I was losing sensitivity in my glands , I didn’t notice it at first it kind of creeped up so it wasn’t as noticeable until I was having sex (witch doesn’t happen much lately due to a lot of things going on in our life ) . So took a break for a couple of weeks till it started to come back ,thank God was a little worried at first, I think the loss was due to not enough blood flow the head was usually purple when I was done a session I read this was normal as long as it wasn’t black, black is bad this results in tissue death, and the other thing was maybe I didn’t take enough time to properly get conditioned and I took no rest days .

I didn’t think I was going to fast stayed at 5 lbs for three weeks moved up to 6 lbs 1 to 1.5 hrs a day split between morning and night.

So I decided to start pumping it has been great so far been starting out at 3.5 hg upping the pressure after ten min to 4.5 for ten min milking the tube a little every time the pressure drops .5 then pumping it back to the pressure it was at . I’ve been two of these sessions a day unless the morning wood isn’t as good as normal and take a rest day .

This weekend I got a little brave and every five to ten min would spike the pressure to about 7 hg for 5 sec then right back to the pressure it was at, this seemed to work well no red spots and no extra fluid build up and I reached a full half inch past my bpel in the tube ,from what I’ve read this is where I should be at to see gains .

I am packing the tube by the end of the second session I get a bit of a donut not to bad but noticeable , this is now my tell that it’s time to exit the tube not looking for a big fluid build up looking for growth . Shaft is not spongy after exiting the tube but like I said I get a donut my foreskin does have edema build up, been fooling around trying to eliminate that and it’s getting much better to the point where it’s getting less noticeable it seems if I stay below 5 hg that I don’t hardly get one so that’s where I will stay.

Back to hanging at 7.5 lbs 3 15 min sets usually in the morning been almost 7 months since any kind of streaching . Done pumping for now .

Took 6 weeks off started back 6 days ago hanging 7.5 lbs 3 sets of 10 min then in the tube for 20 to 30 min at 5.5 hg with spikes every 5 min to 10 .

Constant heat with rice sock while hanging and heating pad around the tube .

Up to 3 sets 20 min at 7 lbs in the evening I’ll start doing morning sets soon. Not doing any pumping now it seems to be to much as its affecting my eq. No gains so far been a long time since I seen any gains I do see my bpfsl streatch to around 8 ,7 7/8 ,8 1/8 after my session so that’s up from my measurement right before I hang witch is 7 1/2 . I’m hopeing this might be a sign I’m on the right track and there are some more gains to be had.

Broke my hanger today dropped it on the floor pretty disappointed was starting to feel the fatiage I think 40 to 60 min morning and evening.

So it’s been a long time since I’ve seen any gains in leangth been hanging for almost 5 months doing 10 lbs straight out for 45 min to 60 min , my bpsfl goes from 7.5 up to 7 7/8 after my session ,this was done twice a day . My edging session after would almost get to 7.5 bpel opposed to my normal 7.25 bpel .

So I guess it’s time to give up I did gain one inch off my newbie gains a couple years ago that came in the first 6 months or so but nothing since . Instead of just flogging a dead horse im just going to pack.it in , go into a bit of maintenance mode and then taper off

I may come back some day but I plan on taking the rest of the year off at least .

It’s been a great journey and i am grateful for what gains i did get .
