Adding To My Routine

Yes I’m restarting trying hanging again been a long decondition and yes using heat use a rice sock and I have a total man heating pad .

2.5 lbs 187 mm, 190 mm ,15 min 3.5 lbs ,

195 mm 15 min 5lbs added heat ended about 197

Ended session tonight about 197 -198 mm , after adds on for about half hour after session measured bpel 190 mm.

So I think I was measuring wrong i was useig the weight i was useing to get before and after measurement ,now im just useing my hand and do a proper bpfsl before and after.

190 mm before
200mm after
Strain 5%

Start with 2.5 lbs
Work up to 5 over 20 min
Add heat for another 20 min
10 min cool down with weights on
Half hour to an hour with adds

"Hanging with fire" routine

If so what is the recommended schedule, I’m not a newbie to hanging .

Jman, just before my Decon I was doing a water pump between my off days, I’m getting back into Jelq and Water pumping and will let you know the results in 3-4 months. It seems like you are on the hang and pump journey. It’s no secret that you see in all my posts that water pumping helped my EQ. It seems like you have done a lot here and this journey is great. I’m just wondering if you need something else now, have you also tried the RED +NIR pad?

Good to hear your eq has gotten better it seems to be a beneficial side effect of our work here .

Thanks for the vote of confidence I would really like to add a bit more length I’m hopeing this new technique will help just wish I had a ultra sound to ensure I’m doing all I can .currently only using I fir pab from total man and a rice sock.

Come on man keep going with perseverance and deternination and you will win! Great products from Totalman, also practical is the rice sock I have been using since I started PE :up:

Ya me too with the rice sock just wish it would stay hot longer lol.

3.5% strain

2.5 lbs start worked up to 5 lbs over 18 min. added heat around 3.5 bs mark.
5 lbs with heat for 20 min then remove heat add 1 lbs for 10 min.
