Thanks was waiting till half way through to add heat .I think this will yield better .

Most of this weekly set has been 192 mm to start and finish around 201 202 today …

Start with 2.5 lbs go to 5 lbs over 20 min using heat the whole time go 30 min then remove heat add 1 lbs for 5 to 10 min use adds for half hour or so.
