ADS Question

I have e been rocking golf weights during the work day and have been hanging for 4 sets of 10 minutes when I get home. My question is what results can one expect with ADS or all day hanging? Also what are some of y’alls experiences/results?

I did use a cheap stretcher that came free with a bathmate when I first got back into PE. At the time I didn’t really know what I was doing to be honest hence the bathmate. So at first I struggled like hell to get one on, once I figure that out I wore it most of the day. It wasn’t for me, my head always ended up blue and I’d also get fluid buildup right behind the head. I will say I did have a longer hanging flaccid after I took it off. I also tried a knock off vac extender/hanger it was comfortable but the suction never lasted so I’d have to re-pump more then I wanted too. I basically couldn’t leave my house with it on or it would fall off. The other issue with that set up is you don’t know how much force your actually using because it’s strapped to your leg. And of course blisters. So that is my experience with ADS. It just didn’t work well for me.
