L-Arginine will help promote vascular development! Make your dick look like a very busy road map of veins!

I also love supplements.. I am taking all of these currently and have been for at least 1 week. And my veins are HUGE! Much more noticeable than before. (I didnt state this in my progress report yet because I am waiting for a full week using L-Arginine.)

The best is yet to come…. give yourself a year. When I began my PE training I could see the veins & capillaries under the skin while being flaccid and erect. Some of the smallest capillaries could be compared to the size of a hair… barely visible. A year later those same small, barely visible capillaries are now the size of a paperclip diameter. I have a single dorsal vein that runs the length of my penis on the top side of my shaft, it seems as if it has almost doubled in size from the years of training I’ve done. Additionally another dorsal vein has come to the surface and runs parallel to the centered one and almost looks like a set of train tracks when I get a swollen erection.

Vascular development is the result of good girth growth. The expansion of the vascular system within your penis is like a river that’s flooded after a bad storm and all small streams and tributaries are created. You will see new growth, off shoots from veins.

I always wondered about l-arginine because I’ve always seen it in a lot of pre-workouts that I’ve used for body building. I didn’t know the effects of it, I guess I understand why my veins looks like pipes now haha! I’m all for the vascularity, makes it looks like a mean dick.

3. Pumping.

I always believed that a conformtable tension applied at the manual stretches gave the most ammount of length gains.

You have to take advantage of it, because, beside the further length, you’ll fatigue less yor body and you will be able to do longer stretching sessions.

I have a question:

I gained like 2 inches from manual excercises in 2 years , and I wanted to try an ADS or an extender because I have been stalled. So the best way to procede is with hanging? Because I think I already got my “newbie” type gains, and a extender or ADS won’t help me to escape from the plateau? I like the idea of hanging, but I don’t want to get more stalled by toughtening the ligs even more

Congratulations!

WOW!!! Two inches in two years by any means is very exceptional. I would agree with Marinera on progressive tension being applied, which is why I’ve always advocated a incremental approach to the amount of weight and time used when weight hanging. Same applies with hand stretching, but ultimately you must push the envelope on intensity. The amount of traction or tension required to deform ligament has to increase over time, otherwise you will stall. There will come a point in time where you won’t gain anymore.

I’m not completely convinced that the “toughening” theory is applicable. Simply because our body is evolving into a state of entropy as we reach a certain age. That means ligaments will deteriorate and become weaker over time.
