Hey everyone, I have a question for anyone who reads this. I am familiar with or exercises such as jelqing and all those techniques but they are time consuming. And with me in school and not a lot of alone time, I want an ADS that I can wear to gain length and girth. I’ve been looking at the autoxleeve, gold kit that comes with two weights, 6 sleeves, leg strap, all of it. What are your guys thoughts on this?

If you are set on buying an ADS, I strongly recommend this one. Most ADS are primarily for length, so if you want girth you’ll need to include something in your routine (maybe as short as 20 minute routine just for girth). You may have already seen my post, but here is the set up I found to be better than the SizeGenetics and the PhallosanForte.

Posted before: “The starter kit comes with 2 thick sleeves (silicone I believe and you choose the flexibility), a stealth cap, anti-fluid tape, and a universal harness ($49 plus shipping for US).

How I use it is I cut 3 inches (7.6 cm) off one of the sleeves, roll it onto the stealth cap then onto my member. Then I hook that to the harness and hang it around my neck or head and arm. It holds extremely well, basically no slippage, and has a vacuum effect without any vacuum suction pumping parts, as the Phallosan Forte needs. Also, you can change it simply and modify it.”

ErnieBanks uses it as well, but with a knee brace and rubber bands.

I would just experiment with it until you find what works. Remember to take breaks for circulation and to make sure there is no fluid build up.

I have the zenhanger leg strap ADS along with two silicone sleeves. I cut the sleeves to lengths of 3”, 4”, 5”, and 6” for when length gains are outgrowing the sleeve. Right now my routine is
Heat session with rice sock- 5 minutes

I’ll get full erect and clamp - 5 to 8 minutes
Then release and relax for a few minutes and keggel fresh blood through.

I’ll repeat the clamping 2-3 times depending on how good the clamping was.

After my clamping session is when I use the elongation sleeve (or anti-turtle sleeve). And I’ll wear that throughout work if I’m going to work that day.

For length I’ve been wearing the ADS for about 5-8 hours a day.

I started this past Wednesday so the 11th. I have not taken any measurements, I’m just getting into the routine.

I will soon add a jelqing session to this routine

I was talking about Autoextender.com, and the starter kit with the AutoXsleeve, you can also search for monkeybar here at Thunder’s. I like it because I can go longer between breaks than with other devices I have tried.

Do you like the Zen Hanger? I haven’t tried hanging at all; but I originally wanted to get those sleeves from there. I don’t use the sleeves as comfort pads for a noose or anti-turtling, but the sleeves are what is actually gripping the penis for the ADS. You’ll see what I’m talking about with the “stealth cap” for the AutoXsleeve.

The web hanger ADS is pretty nice. Very easy setup. It comes with two comfort silicone wraps that you slip on before you put the ADS on. The sleeves are ok for traction, but I’m fixing to make my own sleeves. More thicker also with a smaller diameter so that I can achieve a more firm grip and not have the sleeve slip. The sleeves that I got have a diameter of like 1.25 or 1.5”, and I am not the diameters when hanging flaccid. I tried to order autoxleeve before I ordered zen hanger, but I didn’t think my bank allowed me to use my credit card with them because their site might be flagged or something. I don’t want to use my debt card because my wife can look at the records and I want growth to come as a surprise for her and not have her ask questions along the way.

And I don’t hang with weights, it’s a strong stretch cord with a leg strap that just pulls down. And you can adjust how much tension you want from the cord. Zen hanger does have weight hanging kits but I don’t know if I would want to go that route.

I am a device junkie. So, I will probably consider buying this just to have haha. Did you try to do it through PayPal? I understand the situation with your wife, I am in the same boat.

I would just say, to invest in a heat pad, and add some manual stretches. Stretching with the right amount of heat can significantly add length when you combine with an ADS to heal it elongated.

Lastly, consistency is key. This was my problem for years, being inconsistent and sloppy about my approach. So, I started a Progress Report thread to try and keep me accountable to my routine. This also helps me see how my penis responds so I can adjust/change my routine accordingly.

I nuke the sock for like a minute, this keeps it pretty dang warm for like 8 minutes lol. But I do have a heating pad. I think I tried as a guest. Not sure though. But I was looking at getting either the silver or gold kit for years from them. Just never did because I was afraid of the response my wife would say haha. But when I had a good credit card and tried to get it, of course it wouldn’t let me. So I went with zen hanger. Again, I’m probably about to order me some smooth-on eco flex series, and make some of my own sleeves. I’m pretty creative and I can 3D print pretty well. So I might go ahead and make some type of weighted cap as well for the sleeves to add some extra tension if I’m not wearing the ADS.

There are no ADS devices on the market that will generate any significant length or girth gains. I know that’s a bold statement that many will disagree with. They might produce some “newbie” type gains, but definitely don’t look for a multi-inch gain, and I don’t care if you wear it 24/7 for your entire life. An ADS simply does not generate enough traction to adequately deform the suspensory ligament, which is the primary obstacle to overcome in order to gain length. Name any ADS device that will generate more than 6 lbs of traction….. there are none! Trust me when I tell you this…. WE buy all of the competitions products and test them for comparison. While there are some device manufacturers that claim they have undergone scientific studies that prove they can produce a 1” - 3” gain it’s all bought and paid for anecdotal accounts.

An ADS is more of a supplemental device to be used to keep your flaccid stretched or under a mild to moderate amount of tension while you recover from more intense weight hanging and hand stretching. The ADS will also help reduce / prevent “turtling” or retraction of your flaccid penis. Which is an important component to penis enlargement. The ADS has it’s place in effective PE training, just don’t buy into the hype that any one of them will singularly produce a multi-inch gain.

Just like walking is good for cardiovascular health, but walking alone won’t make you a competitive distance runner.

Well then, here are some specs (see attached). The 2.1 cm height is the straight portion that goes from 2.9 cm to 3.25 cm outside diameter. The additional height is rounded for about 0.5 cm to the stub-out for the clip. There is a concave measurement of about 1.1cm deep (dashed line). The concave portion is not entirely circular so it might need some adjustment.

I personally believe the most effective PE training involves three components. I call it the “three legged stool”.

1. Aggressive hand stretching / jelqing as your primary foundation.
2. Weight hanging.
3. Pumping.

These three combined together work synergistically to promote the best length and girth gains possible.
There are a variety of weight hanging devices to choose from. I recommend a quality vacuum based weight hanger.
When it comes to pumps you have many options, don’t buy some cheesy Chinese made product! Vacu-Tech or Pump Toys sells quality stuff, and the Bathmate is also a good product, which I prefer because of it’s convenience.
If you’re really serious about PE then invest in products that are quality! The anger over purchasing a piece of crap lasts long after the cheap price is forgotten.

The ADS is a good supplemental device you can use in between the other three mentioned above. It’s a good way to keep a mild / moderate amount of tension on your penis while it recovers from more intense training. It also helps train your penis to not “turtle” or retract while flaccid.

Other more advanced training techniques like “clamping” can be introduced later after you have a minimum of 6 months to one year of training under your proverbial belt.

I have the bathmate(Hercules) already but after a pumping session in the shower, I notice a lot of fluid build up. Looks like a doughnut around the head and that scared me from pumping. Is there a certain method to prevent this? Or should I just stick to jelqing for girth? I’ve read about hanging, and I would much rather have a vac hanger than a “noose” hanger. The ADS and the turtle sleeves that I have seem to already help in flaccid hangs. The little bit of clamping I’ve done, which was like 3 sessions, I’ve noticed more vascularity which looks pretty fucking nice. I’m also adding hyaluronic acid too my diet because I’ve researched its benefits and these include cell regeneration in mainly tissue cells. So maybe this added supplement will help in the solidification of these gains

Edema is a common side effect from aggressive jelqing, pumping and weight hanging. While it is an annoying side effect, the good news is that it’s not detrimental to making PE gains. The best way to prevent it is to allow yourself enough time to develop better conditioning. This means backing off on pump pressures, amount of weight you’re hanging with and the amount of time the session lasts for. Excessive edema means you are over-training or being too aggressive. Like you described the edema is usually located around the glans and frenulum. The best way to eliminate it after your training sessions is with a snug compression wrap of the area with a “tender tape” (not sports wraps), and covering it with a section of silicon sleeve or Girth Band. Leave this wrap on for 20-30 minutes and it will be gone after removing wrap. Avoid noose style hangers… they cut off blood flow and won’t allow you to use very much weight.

The Hyaluronic Acid supplement is very beneficial for tissue repair and cell growth. I would add a quality Vitamin C (gel cap only) 2000 mg per day.
L-Arginine will help promote vascular development! Make your dick look like a very busy road map of veins!
