Hi all,

I wonder if it’s safe to add ADS to the newbie routine?, or should I have some months
PE’ing before doing it?

This is only going from one newbie to another, but I personally think you should wait some time after doing normal PE exercises to start all-day stretching - not a matter of several months, maybe just one or two. It’s much better to be safe than sorry, in my opinion - it’s easier to prepare your penis for ADS by doing some manual stretching first for a month or so, than to jump straight in with ADS and risk damage to your ligaments and penis.

…but that’s just my opinion.

I really don’t think it would be that dangerous to do an ADS routine as a newbie if you read up on it and do it right. But, having said that I do think that before you start adding a bunch of complicated things to your routine you should spend a month or two to really get comfortable with the primary exercises like stretching and jelqing and to develop your sense of commitment to this long term process. I think an ADS is simple and beneficial to anyone. I started wearing an wrist wrap for an ADS on my 2nd or 3rd month, but you could start at anytime.

I agreee with Redwood. Start an ADS now. It’s low intensity, so you shouldn’t be hurting anything. Just make sure to check often for circulation. I started ADS with golf weights after only 5 weeks or so and wish I’d started with them even sooner.

Does it make any difference?, I mean the advantage and disadvantage, for using one ADS method or another
In an All-day hanging, regarding comfortability and effectiveness.

Mainly, I came through two(02) methods:

1: Golf Weight method
2: Wrapping method (around leg, belt)
