Ads?
There are answers to this question in the forum I am sure, but I wanted to find out if anyone has had great results from All Day Stretching and if so what kind of results did you see or know of. Along w/ a routine I wanted to try this some since I have not see very impressive results from Jelq and thought about trying ADS w/ some hanging then finish up the night w/ a jelq session. Also while getting some help from you guys what supplement’s have some you been using and seeing results I read the supplements page and seen L- Arginine or what about 4 -AD I am 25 years old very active in working out Take protein shakes and creatine. Current size is about 6 little more looking to reach 7.5 at least which is very reasonable.
