Hello,

I got some questions about hanging but first let me explain my current routine.

I’m now using Kyrpa’s method to gain with hanging for 6 months. My method is 3 days on 2 days off and 3 months decon after 1 month of hanging.

My questions:

1) It might have to do with me getting surgery 2 weeks ago but I cant stand on my legs for more then 2 mins or I will faint. My room is so hot during the summer and I can’t hang elsewhere because their are a lot of women and small children in my house.

What is the benefit of standing or sitting down while hanging? I made some BPFSL gains with standing but I can’t continue this cycle without sitting down for a few mins somethimes. I feel a different kind of stretch while sitting down.

2) measuring pre workout and after:

I bought a device which can measure your pulling power so I can measure even more consistently. It can measure from 0-10 bars of pulling power.

When I start a workout I hang for 10 mins with low weight (0.5kg) and then I measure. This is my normal or pre workout BPFSL: 16.9/17cm.
My pull power is measured at 2 bars (16.9cm) and my max pull power 4 bars (17cm) so almost the same

After a workout when I hang with 2.25kg with a heating pad my penis is more flexible and got some extra strain.

Here I can pull around 4 bars and I measure 17.5cm and 5 bars max 17.6cm.

I know the difference is small but should I always hang with max pull power or the same bar power. If its the same I will always be 4 bars. If its max I dont even need the device to measure my pulling power.

3) In what difference from BPFSL to BPEL I can expect some BPEL gains?

When I measure my BPEL length its around 16.8cm the last time I checked. BPFSL pre workout 17cm/after 17.6cm.

At what number of BPFSL length can I expect to see BPEL gains because im at my 2nd cycle and I didn’t gain at all.

4) This question adds to question number 3. At what difference from BPFSL to BPEL can I expect BPEL gains. And is that difference measured before a workout or after. So lets say: you guys tell me I can expect gains after I hit 18cm BPFSL. Is that 18cm BPFSL measured before a workout or after a workout with strain?(after the use of my heating pad)

Sitting down cause a BTC angle, it’s actually feels more strenuous for me than standing. Standing has SD which after 2 min I can tolerate. I’d say use a stool or a tall chair where you can hang and be able to hang low and keep the weight off the floor without your penis sagging on the seat. Im only hanging for 3 weeks so I can’t comment on the other points. How long is your routine and how many sets? Good luck on your surgery.

I thought Kyrpa was sitting, and hanging forward (straight out or over his thigh) using a pulley and weight arrangement?

It has been a long time since I last looked at his threads, though.

Bib recommended people using his compression hanger start off with straight down, which he felt gave maximum gains, but other angles were okay.

I’m a hanging newbie, but when I do get lazy and don’t want to be standing up, I just sit in the border of the bed and lay backwards with the thing hanging down BTC style, and the strain felt is even higher in the upper ligs than normal SD from standup hanging. Even on less weight.

I have however quite a few years of extending on a proextender. So here’s my insight on measurements:

It’s way more honest to measure before excercises than after, as temporal plastic deformation only last little time, like the engorgement of a penis pump. But then before excercises it is as it is, showing the symptoms of real growth (or not).

About the BPEL to BPFSL, on my experience the first is around lil less than 2cm shorter than flaccid stretched. And throughtout my PE journey the diffference fluctuated a bit, but has remained almost the same. There were times where the difference was bigger, sometimes the moment bpfsl-bpel difference went bigger, it took around 2 weeks to become smaller again, and the pecker had increased in size against earlier measurements pre workout. That was my case, you might be a whole different story, so take it with a grain of salt.

NBPEL is a bit trickier, since fat pad varies so much in my case, but it still takes away at least 2cm of visible lenght (BPEL) while on my “fatter” periods, it can ecclipse up to 3,5cm which is like “where has my dick gone???” so I try to keep myself skinny, not to a great degree of success though haha.

So youre guys telling me sitting down is actually much better then standing up? I had good gains while standing so I don’t like changing it but I’m starting to faint due the heat and my surgery within 10-15mins. Then I have to sit down for 1 min and then I can stand up for 2 mins and then I have to start the whole process over and over.

Maybe I just do this cycle sitting down just to see what happens? I don’t like taking the risk of sitting down when I know standing up is good for my gains.

I believe that 5.5squared did all his hanging standing up. If that’s the case then you can definitely gain that way.

Jan22 - BPFSL: 8" (cold), BPEL: 7.5", NBPEL: 6.875", MEG: 5.5"

One Day - BPFSL: 9.5", BPEL: 9", NBPEL: 8.5", MEG: 6"

My thought ; let your body heal completly after the surgery, and give PE a rest for now. The self preservation instinct in your brain has - recovery from surgery - as a priority. You say you can’t stand on your feet for more than two minutes or you’ll faint. That is a clear sign that your body has not healed, and your body will prioritize that, instead of growing your penis, no matter how much you are exercising your penis.

Yeah but thats the problem I can’t stand up for long

I think its 10% my surgery injuries and for 90% the heat. Its easy 40 C° in my room.

Overcome the heat. Do this:

Get a towel, pour water on it so it’s wet but not dropping water everwhywhere, then place it on your shoulders and body, and let the airflow freeze your ass to a self-made winter. Beware of white walkers.

Where there is no air-conditioner, this is the jedi way of surfing the heat wave… maybe even piss on the heat wave. Share this knowledge with friends, so we can avoid them having issues with the heat.

Either rig up the pulley system mentioned that others use to hang straight out
or
just sit on the edge of your chair and continue to hang straight down.

That said. You may be a candidate to use an extender if you need to lay down.

If standing up straight makes you that fatigued, I agree that you probably shouldn’t be hanging while standing. Too many other good options, and nobody wants to see you get hurt. With a small pulley and some extra cord/rope, you can hang SD while relaxing in bed reading or watching tv.
