Advanced hanging questions
Hello,
I got some questions about hanging but first let me explain my current routine.
I’m now using Kyrpa’s method to gain with hanging for 6 months. My method is 3 days on 2 days off and 3 months decon after 1 month of hanging.
My questions:
1) It might have to do with me getting surgery 2 weeks ago but I cant stand on my legs for more then 2 mins or I will faint. My room is so hot during the summer and I can’t hang elsewhere because their are a lot of women and small children in my house.
What is the benefit of standing or sitting down while hanging? I made some BPFSL gains with standing but I can’t continue this cycle without sitting down for a few mins somethimes. I feel a different kind of stretch while sitting down.
2) measuring pre workout and after:
I bought a device which can measure your pulling power so I can measure even more consistently. It can measure from 0-10 bars of pulling power.
When I start a workout I hang for 10 mins with low weight (0.5kg) and then I measure. This is my normal or pre workout BPFSL: 16.9/17cm.
My pull power is measured at 2 bars (16.9cm) and my max pull power 4 bars (17cm) so almost the same
After a workout when I hang with 2.25kg with a heating pad my penis is more flexible and got some extra strain.
Here I can pull around 4 bars and I measure 17.5cm and 5 bars max 17.6cm.
I know the difference is small but should I always hang with max pull power or the same bar power. If its the same I will always be 4 bars. If its max I dont even need the device to measure my pulling power.
3) In what difference from BPFSL to BPEL I can expect some BPEL gains?
When I measure my BPEL length its around 16.8cm the last time I checked. BPFSL pre workout 17cm/after 17.6cm.
At what number of BPFSL length can I expect to see BPEL gains because im at my 2nd cycle and I didn’t gain at all.
4) This question adds to question number 3. At what difference from BPFSL to BPEL can I expect BPEL gains. And is that difference measured before a workout or after. So lets say: you guys tell me I can expect gains after I hit 18cm BPFSL. Is that 18cm BPFSL measured before a workout or after a workout with strain?(after the use of my heating pad)
