Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I have tried many devices, each with some level of success. However, I found water pumping while sitting it a very warm/hot bath to work wonders. The right sized tube is important for length. If you pack the walls, the vacume will extend you further. Olive oil works well to help the process.

If you want to grow you will have to try different exercises. I highly recommend pumping and so do many others.

No need to do any of that, he didn’t even make gains with basic PE plus clamping is dangerous, he should stay more consistent and add more volume in his routine and add heat every day for optimal recovery.

Hi David,

You can add more time for stretching. Add exercises like BTC, A stretching , V stretching, but at all I think BTC will helps you and of course little more time. Jai stretching when you can is good too. All of recommended stretching exercises are manual. In advance mode after some time you can add extender, Ads or hanging but for manual work all of these exercises are good. Good luck and enjoy.

Hey guys,can you tell me how can i gain length.?Any good routine?

I would suggest to start with newbie routine once your unit is conditioned you can try some other more advanced exercises
