Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

i gained an inch in a month on the newbie routine but lost it due to inconsistnecy n studies n drugs… depression and had just learned masturbation.

now i want get it back

as of now i am lying somewhere -6 in length and -4 in girth

still trying to get a hang of strain pull trying to adapt to it

how does this routine sound

monday wet slow jelq 200+
tues-thursday stretching
friday bathmate 30min 10x3
sat nd sundy off

too fast?

furthermore, i feel like i have a toughned tunica sometimes… any PIs for that?
as of now, i am only doing stretches havent measured and don’t plan to for a while.

have an extender … don’t when im gonna use that after going through your report

Look at kyrpa ultrasound threads. I started getting a lot more stretch with ultrasound heat - before that unit was like rubber and wasn’t getting results

Like Titleist, I have gained length with air pumping too.

I was doing wet jelqing along with it and plenty of heat.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

I started hanging 4 months ago, but only seriously these last 2 months and I’ve gained an inch BPEL already. With the fatigue I feel after each hour long set I do there’s no way in the world that you won’t grow. I hang 3-4 hrs per day.

Newbie routine for conditioning. Continue with newbie routine as long as you continue to see gains, then consider adding or switching to another process. What works for one guy may not work for another. Some advanced techniques are more risky than others. Make sure you understand what the risks are.

My length and girth gains all came from pumping. Always use a gauge and constant heat by wrapping the tube in a heating pad or other device.

How many rest days do you incorporate?

What do you think about this routine?

Hello guys,so i just did a routine 5 days a week 2on 1 off,warm up 10 min,60 min wet jelq and after 9 min stretch 1 min per stretch 9 direction and after 6 months i will add 2 more sets for stretch 9x3=27 mins and warm down 10 min or a hot shower.What do you think?I should add more exercises?(manual ex).I will do this for 6 months to see if is good and maybe i will add JAI stretch too and that 2 more sets for stretch .(I want to increase my length)
