Hi guys, i started jelquing again after a long period of stop because no time , now i am on my 7 day, i started with the newbie routine, but have add 5 minutes of edging, the weird thing is that i dont have night or morning woods, i mean dont have erections or maybe yes but with very poor power. I dont know why, i dont think it is overtrain because in the past i tried to start with 10 jelqs and had the same problem.

Maybe masturbation could influence? When i do pe, i do some edging but without coming, after a couple of hours or more i masturbate, not just after the pe session because i dont want to influence gains or thing like that, but after that my penis is smaller. I dont know guys, avoid masturbation in pe days is very hard for me.. maybe it could depend for stretching? When i watch some porn that make me excited i can reach 100% of erection without problem

So, you’re doing exercises, then edging, then masturbating, on the same day. My non-professional opinion is that that could tire out the poor guy.
Cut him some slack. If he’s performing when needed, let him rest in the morning ;)

You should be incorporating rest days into your training routine. I go 2 days on, one day off. If you’re beginning, you shouldn’t do more often than that. Maybe even one day on, one day off.
Also, periodically take several days off in order to fully heal from the stress you’re putting him under.
