Does anyone wear a cock ring all day, to keep the unit “plump” , for healing and growing purposes ?

Nothing too tight, just enough to keep a little extra blood in the unit.

I tried wearing a cable clamp all day once after a morning routine that gave good temporary gains. My penis was flaccid most of the time. I took the cable clamp off before going to sleep. The next day I saw no improvements in erection, but flaccid was all plumpy.

Yep you can wear a cock ring all day, just be careful that its not to tight or you’ll damage your penis. Also be wary of fluid build up.

How hard should your unit be for clamping all day 50%-70%? Or should I ask what is the safest percentage for clamping all day. And can this help for possible length?

50-70% is too high it will probably turn purple at that erection level. 20% is probably a safe number. Try searching the thread jd posted for what they reccomend.
