Hello everyone. Tonight I tried something a little different. First, I did my standard girth routine which basically consists of horse440 squeezes for about 20 minutes. I try to do about 15 one-minute squeezes with a few seconds in between each where I jelq and kegal a few times. Anyhow, after completing my routine tonight I threw on a cock ring and left it on for about 10 minutes. I would do a hard 5 second kegal or so every minute just to keep myself engorged to the max. My question is whether or not this is a beneficial step to my workout. When I’m done, usually I get an overall achey/itchy sensation all over my unit from the expansion. To me, this means that I squeezed blood into new areas and have created micro tears and am making progress to some degree. Wearing the cock ring for 10 minutes seemed to intensify the itching sensation, so I’m wondering if it was helping. I figure that by using it, the cock ring keeps me engorged to the level at which I was (or close to) when doing the horse440’s which I suppose could help cement the effectiveness of the workout.

Anyway, what do you guys think? Is it worth it or just a waste of time to use a cock ring after your girth workout?

I sometimes use a cable clamp after a girth workout, so I don’t see how a cockring would be any different/worse than that. I’m not sure about the itching sensation though. But as long as it’s not damaging your unit in any way it should be fine. In fact maybe I’m not making my girth workouts intense enough to get the itching feeling, you could be onto something there, I’ve not heard of the itching before.

Does anyone else know about this itching sensation in building girth?

Anyway, I doubt its a waste of time wearing one. The idea in clamping after a session and then releasing the clamp and reclamping every so often is to keep fresh blood trapped in the penis to help with the repair effort and make sure the microtears are repaired whilst the penis is at its clamped size. Some swear by it, I’ve still got to fully get into it, but I’m sure it must do something for size.

I have tried clamping after pe and think it’s just psychological, I don’t think it does anything, just my 2cents

Here is the breakdown…Your penis needs fresh blood every 5-10 minutes or so to be effective in the healing stage. So when clamping after a workout, you definitely want to reclamp every 5-10 minutes or so, or else you’ll be hurting your efforts as opposed to helping them. To answer your question of whether or not it is beneficial to wear one afterwards, as long as you keep reclamping as I said, then it would be beneficial. You are keeping your penis in that enlarged state. The ole Penis Memory will be working for you.

I think it is very effective and would also suggest you massage your cock while wearing the cock ring to further stimulate blood flow. I do it after I pump and then put on the ring and massage for 10-15 minutes.

I sometimes have itching. I think it is part of the healing process. I put on Gold Bond Medicated Powder after my workouts and it helps a lot. If you do your workouts dry, you could put it on during your workouts.

I’m working my upper shaft girth now and I use a cock ring. Might be good, and won’t do any harm or waste time just to wear it. I keep it on until bedtime and I usually get some edging done with the ring on. Edging with cock ring - especially within a few hours of the workouts - is at least psychologically beneficial because of the girth boost; and it’s very pleasurable and good for stamina too. Physiologically it’s basically clamping, albeit you can stay engorged for as long as you want and with fresh blood pumping all the time.

I guess that I will try wearing the cock ring for 15 minutes or so after my girth workout, but taking it off to replenish fresh blood twice during that duration (at the 5 and 10 minute marks or so). I’ll do this for the next few weeks after my girth workouts and see if it has any positive effects.

With regards to the itching sensation, if i remember correctly this could be due to the release of histamine within your skin cells. This occurs whenever there is tissue damage, so would probably support your theory that you are creating micro tears.

At the very least the superficial tissues are probably stretching.

Wearing a cock ring would be similar to a girth wrap. I wear a wrist wrap all day, after my workouts and after a shower I wear it a little tighter for maximum engorgement. This method has helped me seize some serious girth gains in the last couple months.

I tried using a cock ring post PE,(though not the best one cause it dug in bad) but in theory it should have done the same thing as my wrist wrap. However I found it did not keep my penis as engorged as the wrap does. I’m not sure why this is, the cock ring in question was adjustable, so I think it was tight enough, but the thinness of the cord made it uncomfortable to painful to wear for any decent amount of time, maybe because of this I didn’t have it as tight as I should have had it.

I still want to find the right cock ring, theoretically it should have the same effect as the wrist wrap. I think I just need one that can be tight enough, and yet comfortable at the same time.

I think the itching sensation comes from the skin stretching to the max and you get little tears in the skin, then while the tissue starts to heal you begin to itch, just my 2 cents.
