All I can say is Wow
I have been following this forum for years. After researching the concept of PE my first feeling was one of skepticism, but the more I read, the more I started to believe. I’m not a small guy but as all guys, I have always wanted more. I am 43 now and happily married. I woke up one morning and thought to myself, the hell with it, I’m going to try it. I have nothing to lose!
I did some research, well extensive research, and decided to go with the Penimaster Pro. I liked the idea of using a vacuum as it seemed less painful and because it’s attachment point was the glands as opposed to an inch and half before the glands. Logically, I assumed that would result in more tissue to stretch.
My routine:
I use my extender twice a day, once in the morning and once right before my bed. Before extending I do a few brief stretches and then will conduct a brief jelqing session after. Each extender session is an hour and half. I have never exceeded that threshold in one session and I have never exceeded more than 3 hours a day. I am a professional and travel pretty frequently. As a result I am probably averaging PE 4-5 times a week.
As of today I just logged my 64th hour of PE.
My starting BPEL was 7.031” or 7 1/32”
After 64 hours (a little over two months) of PE, to my disbelief, my BPEL as of today is 7 3/4”.
I assure you my measurements are accurate and I am very confident the difference has nothing to do with EQ as I have been about & 7 inches my entire life.
I really had no intentions of ever posting my results but I am so ecstatic I had to share.
So I have a theory as to one of the major contributors to my success. I left out one component of my routine. All of my extending occurs in my bed. I have attached an Infared lamp that hangs just over me and has been used every minute of my 64 hours of PE. I know the concept of heat has been brought up before (which is what prompted me to try it) but truly believe it is the difference maker.
Anyway, I just felt obligated to share my success story in hopes it give other hope as well as a possible best practice.
