What I’m focusing on is gaining as much permanent EG as possible.

That’s what I need. And I’m not going to worry about EL because I think I’m good there anyway and any exercises that increase EG will also increase EL, right?

I really don’t think I even need that much more EL so that’s not a priority for me.

So, what should I add to my routine to increase EG?

My routine is now

2 on 1 off: 10 30 sec stretches and 200 3 sec jelqs

Everyday: 50 kegels

You don’t say how long you’ve been PE’ing so I cant give great advice.

You could just stick to your routine and do more days on less off.

That’s the story to date.

I doubt that you will gain two inches of length without adding some girth too. Stop worrying anyway, get to work pulling your dick with the newbie routine. Get a couple of months under your belt, then you can think about going gonzo for girth.

Yeah its true but you should’nt try erect jelqs just yet. 70-80% erection should be all right.

I hear you buddy.

From the research I have done (A LOT!), yes jelqing at higher erection levels(70-90%) will target more girth growth, but my friend, has much has I hear it helps with girth, the dangers associated with this method follows right behind the positives about it.
It is said that, If you are going to do this, it should only be done by experienced Pe’rs with well conditioned penis’s.
That is my input, I would recommend others opinions on this, since I am rather new myself.
Have you looked into clamping?
I read that is one of the best methods for girth gains.
But again, all of these advanced exercises should be avoided until Mr.Dick can handle them.

Part of the “conditioning process” is mental, a big part of it in fact. New guys that go crazy right off the bat, don’t see gains any quicker than the guys that take it easy. Probably slower if injuries are factored in. So take the time for both types of “conditioning” to sink in. You won’t regret it.
