Alternative ways to warm up

Hi I’ve just been warming up with my hands until now waiting till it feels really warm when I change hands, will this be enough? And are there any good ways to warm it up that’s not rice socks or warm cloths?

Eg: 5 1/8

Immediate Goal: 6.5" x 5.5", Continuing on to: 7.5" x 6.0" and eventually would like to reach 8.5" x 7"

Hadn’t thought our read of that, sounds a bit awkward though?

I warm up with a bottle of water. You have to change it every minute or so and you can’t get heat to your ligs that way. Otherwise, it’s a good solution.
A hot stream would probably do it too.

I would appreciate it if someone suggested a method for warming up that doesn’t warm up your balls (my balls are pretty sensitive to heat and react badly), but does so for the ligs. Oh, and IR lamps are off the table for me.

I use a heating pad, you should too. You can keep it away from your go-nads all day.

I’m not necessarily too sure that you are warming up your unit enough. You want to really change the inner structure’s temperature. I know it can be one of those things that you don’t want to do, but it can be a secret ingredient and definitive measure between gains and no gains.

I fill a cup with hot water and push it against my pubic bone. Some water drips onto my balls, but otherwise, they’re safe. :)

Thanks King, I’m going to move soon and I’ll have more privacy and then I’ll try a heating pad.

I do the same, but with a bottle. Even the small amount of dripping makes my balls hurt (although it might be psychological) and I don’t get any heat on my ligs. :)

I use a ‘MagicBag’. You can get it at any pharmacy and they’re pretty convenient. You just microwave it for a couple of minutes and it stays warm for a while. I find my rice sock gets cold too fast.

I take it as a negative, because as far as I’ve read some great lenght gains can come out of there.
