Am I an hard gainer??

Hello Thunders!!

After 4 months of PE and only a gain of 0.4in on girth, being my main goal length (+ 1 inch), doing a routine based on newbie routine consisting on basic stretches, V and A stretches and jelquing (last month I only jelq) I think that I am a hard/slow gainer.

Somethings that I fail:

Good warm up
Constant heat
Edging (for better EQ)
Kegels (for better EQ)

I am thinking to start and routine focus on length with hanger, ADS and stretches.

What would you do on my position?? Change routine? Continue for more 2 months correcting those fails?? Try another manual routine??

Nearly half an inch in 4 months is not even remotely close to being a hard gainer. That’s a great amount even for someone considered an extremely easy gainer. We have people who don’t even gain in years what you did in a few months.


Start:7.5 BPEL X 5 MSEG

Goal: 7 MSEG

0.4 in over 4 months? That’s good going. Maybe adjust expectations a little but would seem you’re doing well.


Starting Feb 2019: BPEL: 7.5inch MSEG: 5inch EQ 8/10

Goal: BPEL: 8inch MSEG: 5.5inch EQ: dialed up to 11!

But my goal now is to get more length and maintain girth if possible, so I will correct my faults and continue with what I am doing now till I hit 6 months and measure again.

Maybe I will had an extender (andropenis) 4h/day and stretches multiple times during the day.

I did 6 months of clamping at the beginning of this year and got 1/4”. I feel satisfied with that and couldn’t imagine being disappointed with almost double lol!

Making the right choices + time + effort will result in the big gains for most of us.

It’s proportional to the effort and decisions that you make. For example, if you do have an extender and you only average two hours per day, you should only have certain expectations. They shouldn’t be the same expectations as someone that puts in sixteen hours per day.

Read what the big gainers have done. The efforts they put in relative to what you’re trying to achieve. Build a routine around that. Put in the right amount of time and effort around the right routine. If that doesn’t produce results, then you can say you’re a hard gainer.
