Good morning/day/evening depending on when you are reading this post, I have started my PE journey around 1.5/2 years ago. My starting measurements are around 6-7cm flaccid and 15cm bone-pressed erect length which is average. Since then though I haven’t gained anything, not even a millimeter lengthwise. I started by manually holding my flaccid cock fully extended as much as I can and for as long as I can. That was cumbersome since I had to dedicate time specifically for holding my cock and nothing else since it takes quite an effort to keep it extended. I tried pumping because I thought I could set it and forget it and do something else while I’m gaining length in the tube. Yes, but not actually.. I started with 2-3 sets of 5 minutes and extended it to 30min/1.5 hour sessions where I pump almost to the max, then let it drop down to 50-60% of erection and pump it back to 90%. Other than temporary thickness I haven’t noticed anything permanent as an upgrade. I’m now considering buying an extender because I don’t think going another year like this is going to change anything.

What is the intensity you have used for stretching? How have you stretched in general?

Maximum possible until it can’t stretch further (probably 1-2cm additional length to flaccid due to stretching)

I make a ring with my point finger and thumb just below the glans and pull. Note that I’m uncircumcised and thus I pull my skin back first in order to be able to feel the ligaments stretch, otherwise it feels more like the skin stretching
